From the first moment Miguel gave us a lot of information about the city house and places to visit, the house was very tidy and clean and details that make the excellent, I would definitely return to the accommodation.

The house is amazing, the location spectacular, magnificent views. The cabin is very rustic and the decor is beautiful. I thought it was even better than the photos. It has a wood-burning stove and an indoor barbecue, all the necessary items. It has 2 bedrooms upstairs, with a fan and heater. We arrived late and almost without light and we suffered a little to find the farm, since there are 3 houses on the property, but just plan to arrive during the day, because the route, despite being on land, is very beautiful. I would definitely come back other times, and I still want to stay in the other house that Paulo has on the property.

These were incredible days. Lots of nature, quiet place... Exactly what we were looking for. We were well received by Rafaella, who we attended promptly throughout the stay. We indicate super.

Delicious place to stay, cozy. There are activities on-site and around, with great restaurants and activities, access by road. Clean place, everything well maintained, free-range eggs available and well-equipped kitchen. Great service from Adriano and team. Jams, juices and other items offered by the house are great. Sunny picnic days are a good choice. You can't miss out on picking fruit, it's fun for the whole family.

The cabin is too beautiful, passionate! Flawless, extremely clean and smelling decoration! :) Bastante green environs, with a vegetable garden of chazinhos and herbs. Quiet place, great for relaxing. But also very close to the city center. I loved every detail! I want to return!

My wife and I had the most incredible experience at Flavio's house! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm smile and incredible attention. The owner was super kind and considerate, always available to help us with anything we needed. The house itself was impeccable, clean and comfortable, with all the details we needed for a perfect stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to all of the city's main sights. But what really made the difference was the owner's hospitality. He gave us valuable tips about the city, recommended us the best restaurants and bars. We have no words to express our gratitude and satisfaction with the experience we had. If you're looking for a place to stay in Florianópolis, don't hesitate to choose Flavio's house. Beautiful place, it looked like doll's house! I felt at home, beautiful view, docile animals, everything clean, beautiful view of the city until I reached the chalet. I loved it a lot, I intend to come back more often!

Easy access, very close to Curitiba, which makes it easy to get away from the day-to-day run in the big city. The precise and agile service is a differential. All very clean, organized and complete. Perfect for disconnecting from the city and connecting with nature. Beautiful landscape, total silence. We'll be back for sure!

Very nice and comfortable cabin. Safe place, has fence and electronic gate. The main attraction for sure are the animals, several sheep, geese, ducks, dog, cat… it even has balance near the dam.. property also has a net and an area to make a fire. It has heater and air conditioner that work extremely well. Very good gas shower ( oq is usually not good on Airbnb) wine bathroom ceiling, which brings a very “nature” climate. Covers, bedding, pillows, towels all of great quality. The tub is quite large, and the water keeps a lot of hot weather. It has all the kitchen utensils, and a very positive point is that they give firewood to use, as well as corn to give to the animals. Very quiet the place, good internet too! A weekend is worth spending!

We had a great experience! The location is great, very close to Beto Carrero, which made our travels much easier. The environment was super clean and well maintained, conveying comfort and safety. The host was extremely helpful and attentive throughout the stay, always ready to help with whatever was needed. I recommend it too much and would definitely come back!

It's all good! Practically perfect. Picturesque decoration, we loved it mainly because the accommodation in this beautiful and practical tiny-house reminded us of our city (Santos/SP), as we live daily with ships and containers in our view from the window of the house. The location we needed, within quick reach of everything... There was only a wardrobe or closet missing, but we'll be on the lookout for upcoming Airbnb reservations.

Perfect stay, great for disconnecting from the routine and resting. Super well located, 10 min drive to the beach, 10 min walking to the lagoon, the Studio garden is charming, the lodging of the five days was wonderful. I really enjoyed it a lot, enjoyed the space a lot and relaxed my mind. Claudia and Eduardo were very nice and attentive to everything. We'll definitely come back more often 💜

Super pleasant experience, the site really provided contact with the “flavors of the place”, as guests can walk through the farm and there are several feet of fruit (including a strawberry greenhouse and cherry tomatoes, and a vegetable garden), as well as several beautiful animals. The very beautiful cabin, comfortable and with an amazing coffee machine. The official Fábio, who tames the horses, stood out, was very attentive to my children, let them comb and make fondness on the Barnei pony, and took us on a very nice carriage ride (one of the first rides of the horse Manteiga, in training).

We loved the days we spent at the cabin. It is a quiet place to rest, close to Santa Maria and easy to access. Our little dogs loved the outdoor space to run. The accommodation is super comfortable and cozy, the place is charming and has everything you need for a stay. The host always responded to us quickly.
