A beautiful self-contained garden studio, located in the heart of historic Highgate Village. The 320 sq foot studio is equipped with King size bed, kitchenette, Bathroom with spacious shower, 55” HDTV, BBC iPlayer, Amazon & Netflix. There is a semi-private outside patio with seating. The village has ten pubs/restaurants within a few minutes walking distance, along with the beautiful expansive Hampstead Heath and Highgate Cemetery. With excellent bus and tube transport connections close by.

Situated in a quiet, safe, leafy cul-de-sac in Cobham (dubbed UK’s Beverly Hills!) which offers: The Ivy, gastro pubs, boutique shops, Waitrose & more. Driving: 5mins to Oxshott station, 10mins to M25, 20mins to Guildford (or train). Airports: Heathrow (10miles), Gatwick (16miles). Trains to London Waterloo: 35mins.

Beautiful Secluded Cabin next to the park

We are a peaceful, modern, minimalistic & carbon zero detached cabin. Very private, very secure, tucked away, surrounded by trees, plants, birds and nature, you'll think you're in the country. It has its own private garden and entrance. The cabin is built from slow-grown larch and has triple glazed doors. Inside is fitted out with sustainable materials like birch ply-panelling and plant based flooring, and we an MVHR clean air system. We harvest rainwater, compost and power by ASHP.

Luxury Garden Lodge

The Dog House is situated in a corner of our garden, in the beautiful Surrey village of Newdigate. Ideal for walkers and cyclists, the village has an award winning real ale pub with great food, a village shop and an Indian restaurant. There are nature reserves and stunning walks and only 15 minutes from Gatwick, access to the airport couldn’t be easier. The historic towns of Dorking and Reigate are a short drive away and have a great range of shops, restaurants and antique shops.

Quaint, quirky, clean and bright for you to relax in private, coming and going as you wish. Nestled in a safe, quiet area, perfectly situated for Hampton Court, Sandown Park Racing, Wimbledon Tennis, Bushy Park with its wild deer, the Thames and great shopping in Kingston. Breakfast included with pubs and restaurants nearby. Within walking distance of two railway stations, direct into London. Twickenham Stadium is just under 30 minutes away. A charming, fully self contained guesthouse, set in our private garden, close to Greenwich Park, Eltham Palace and Blackheath Village, our modern studio offers a private entrance, a comfy double bed, a small extendable sofa, a kitchenette fully equipped, smart TV, self-contained toilet and shower room. There are two radiators so you can monitor the temperature of the room which heats up quickly in colder weather.

Blythe Vale Studio with private garden + entrance

Blythe Vale Studio is a self contained, quiet, garden room with own kitchen and bathroom situated at the bottom of a 90ft garden. Private access via the side gate of the main house. It is ideally situated for exploring Greenwich, the Southbank and Central and East London. Train stations are a 12 minute walk away. Like to check in earlier?
