Vacation rentals with breakfast in South London

It was great staying at Shirley's. The place is very clean, quiet, and located in a great neighbourhood. The bed is comfortable, and we had some enjoyable chats. I highly recommend Shirley's room.

Great place! Clean home and Anamaria was very hospitable. The neighborhood is really nice and diverse. The Herne Hill transit station is a short walk away, taking you straight to Victoria where you can then transfer to other lines. Bus stops are in super close distance too. Loved the retail stores and restaurants in the area.

Janet's place is a little tricky to find as it's behind a tall hedge, other than that everything about Janet's place is perfect.

There is a gate to get on the property and we were unable to call Miranda when at the gate due to poor reception. I imagine this was because we are from the US and ATT is our carrier and I suppose England does not have a lot of ATT towers for cellular. We were unable to make phone contact at the gate and drove about 5 or so minutes into town to get good phone coverage and drove back. The house was clean and in a pleasant area. Miranda was most helpful.

The host was very nice, we had a great time! There’s a fried chicken place nearby that’s cheap and good too. Everything is well prepared and is very clean when we checked in. The location is walkable to both the train station and bus station.

Mara is a wonderful host she has a lovely house I found the whole experience really good, very clean comfy bed, a nice room & Mara is extremely helpful & nice five stars from me.

This was a stress-free stay in Esher, close enough to the downtown area and activities, perfectly located. The flat was comfortable, very clean, and the bottle of prosecco was appreciated! Highly recommend!

I do have a great memory with Trevor and Clare, because they are really warm hearted. They prepared the tea, coffee, and milk in the room. The room and bathroom are really clean and nice💕💕. Thank you very much~

This flat was very comfortable for our party of three. The kitchen was well appointed and fully functional. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The location was very convenient to portabello road and it’s many shops and eateries and convenient to bus and tube lines. Check in and out were easy.

Amazing stay , perfect for the location we were working at. Great places to eat (Bone Daddys and Flat Iron were our fav finds so far, Sushi Samba was ok, but overpriced for what we got) The number of snacks and drinks he left out for us was amazing and so well received after finishing work at 4am Will be using again any time I'm working in the area, thank you so much for being a great host.

Enzo and his mom are incredibly helpful and friendly. When we faced issues with the electricity, they would help us immediately. They are also very caring and did their best to ensure we are comfortable and satisfied with the stay. They are super generous with food and would sometimes bring down pizza for us. Thank you for having us and we had fun staying over! We would book again if we are staying in London! ❤️

Our family (2 adults with 3 teenagers) stayed at Jen & Matt’s place for 6 nights in March 2025. It was perfect for us. Lots of space and all the amenities we needed. We were on an early arriving flight and they allowed us early access to the flat, which was a lifesaver for that first day. The flat is in a lovely family-oriented neighbourhood with the beautiful Queen’s Park nearby. It is totally outside of the hustle and bustle of London, but right on the Bakerloo Line which allows super easy access to all the sights. It is also on the Lionness line which takes you directly to Watford Junction where you catch the shuttle to Warner Bros Studios to visit the Harry Potter sets. It couldn’t be better situated in my opinion. Jen & Matt provided milk, eggs, butter, jam, crumpets, tea and coffee to get us started, which was a really nice touch. There is a Tesco Express nearby, so it was easy to buy groceries. I did a load of laundry and everything worked fine. Highly recommend!

We've stayed her 3-4 times now and it's great. We keep coming back because it's very comfortable. Unlike a lot of places the couch is comfy, as are the chairs and beds. We can cook dinner, pop downstairs to 2-3 different markets, plus several pubs and restaurants, and bring food back. The nearby pedestrian zone even has a Marks and Spence market that's very nice (think Whole Foods). The area is great. Two very convenient trains and several buses. We like to walk and often go through London Fields to Broadway market. Kingsland Road is good for Turkish food, an interesting African market and a Pret a Manger. The host, Zoe, is extremely responsive and helpful. Would definitely come back if we go back to Hackney again.

Very good location and close to the city center. It is very convenient because there is a M&S nearby. The metro station is only 5 min and you could take the Bakerloo line to Oxford Circus within 20 min. Anna is very helpful and responsive to questions.

Perfect stay! Gocke's place is perfect in every way: - welcoming - cozy - practical Gocke welcomed us with his children to explain everything to us and even give us advice on the neighborhood. We loved Highams Park ❤️ The apartment is located 100 m from the overground, opposite a large supermarket. the neighborhood is quiet but lively: we tested 2 Turkish restaurants, an Indian and a traditional pub: excellent! Access to London is very easy. We were delighted to come home in the evening to peace and quiet after big days in town and find this nice little neighborhood! Thanks Gocke! A stay with Deborah is highly recommended, everything was spot on, we appreciated a place to park even beyond our check out time. Deborah is friendly interesting and welcoming, we'd definitely visit again if we're on the area and it isn't booked out. Thank you.

Fiona was a stellar host. The room was extremely comfortable, clean and quiet, and the breakfast in the morning was excellent. We very much enjoyed chatting to Fiona over breakfast and appreciated any advice given on how to get around the city. Cute Annexe in the countryside. very quiet, warm and cosy, and the array of lamps really accentuated this. nice large dining lounge space and comfortable bed. lovely little extras with the local apple juice , butter, bread and milk etc with a nespresso coffee machine. towels are very fluffy and large too. davina was very helpful and her washing up fairy did a magical job.

Sally‘s place is in an excellent location, almost right by the river and Sally is a lovely host. The room was perfect and it was pleasure to meet Sally, Jack and James.

Very nice place and people to live with! Clean, comfortable bed, very god breakfast! The only things to say something about is that it is a bit of from London city ( half an hour with train to Victoria station) and the train passes just outside. Margaret and her husband, Morris are warm and welcoming. They both were very helpful. Margaret is responsible for their guests and she is very competent - right on top of things all the time. I found the quiet, comfortable space I was looking for. She provided a great breakfast and I enjoyed meeting them and chatting to them. Great stay.

John & Mandy were great host. They kept our rooms ready with fresh towels and napkins. The space is filled with personal pictures and has a great character of its own. John was kind to make us proper English breakfast and made us feel really comfortable and special throughout our stay.
