Very nice, and cozy spot in the middle of Tahoe. Short scooter ride to Heavenly Village. Beaches are a 2 minute walk as well. Brett was very communicative and accomplished to what we needed. I would definitely be staying again. The room was perfect for my family of 3, clean and had a great pool and activity center for my little one. 5 stars!

Jennifer’s place was the perfect getaway for the weekend! Very cute, clean room in a beautiful area and close to plenty of activities and restaurants. Jennifer had lots of local recommendations that we checked out. She was communicative and accommodating. Will definitely book again!

The apartment was great and conveniently located to make it a short drive into town and about 20 minutes to Northstar. We encountered a small fire nearby and a power outage and the hosts handled it wonderfully!! Overall great stay.

Perfect room and incredible, welcoming hosts! The home is clean, cozy, and has everything you could need. The room is well kept and quite large and the bed is super comfy. Janelle & Steve were so lovely and friendly. I felt completely at home and had a great time chatting with them. Also it’s right near town and on a really quiet street. Would definitely stay here again!

Really enjoyed staying at Juliet's place - looked exactly like the listing, and the bed was probably the most comfortable bed we've ever slept on. The daybed was super comfortable as well to lounge on and watch tv from. Kitchen was well stocked w appliances (water boiler, toaster, microwave) and a full size fridge and stove - though note no dishwasher! We cooked almost all our meals at home and had no issues. TV was hooked up w a Roku for streaming needs, and internet was fast. About 15-20 to Palisades which was convenient, and 5 min into town. Also walkable (10min) to a small beach by the lake which was really nice. Host sent us photos of a mama bear and her cub strolling by the meadow beyond the house which was so cute (and so bummed we missed it live when it was happening)! Recommend staying here!

Absolutely loved staying here. Great location within Incline Village. Both Leo and Kathy were very welcoming and accommodating. I would highly recommend their place and plan to visit again in the winter.

We love Jeanette's place so much this is the third time we have booked a stay. It is cozy and perfect. We will definitely be back again next year!

We had a great two night stay while visiting family nearby. The space is cozy and clean. Nice lighting, comfortable bed, big tv, and huge bathroom with a great strong shower. The area was very quiet and felt very private. We also go to spot some geese and deer cruising around the neighborhood. It made it all that much more special for us. We will be back!

Tao was able to provide plates, cups, and other utensils so we could feel at home. Overall felt like a great experience if you don't mind the walk down the stairs to get to the place. Left my car in the garage so it was out of the street.

Bradley and Alyona were perfect hosts. The house is in a convenient location, near town, slope, and food. Their home was cozy, comfortable, and relaxing. We loved their information book with info on their home, nearby attractions, food options, it was literally perfect. We had a wonderful time walking our dog in the friendly neighborhood and nearby trail. Truly was the perfect winter weekend.

I stayed for a week while in town for nursing clinicals, and this place truly exceeded my expectations. Carson City doesn’t have the most modern hotel options, so I was pleasantly surprised by how clean, fresh, and welcoming this Airbnb was. It felt like no one had stayed there before us—everything was spotless. I also really appreciated the quality of the items provided, from the nice bed sheets to the cozy blankets and towels. Filipp was a great host and checked in throughout our stay. I’d definitely stay again and recommend it to others!

I stayed at Andreas suite over the weekend together with my girlfriend for a short summer vacation close to lake Tahoe. Andrea is a very friendly, helpful and responsive host. The check-in process was very easy and everything in the apartment was as described in the listing, very tidy and clean and well maintained. We met Andrea after checking-in as we asked for her recommendations. She gave us some amazing tips for things to do in and around the area along with travel brochures and interesting information about the history of Soda Springs. She even provided us with coffee and additional bathing towels. We felt very welcome and Andrea proactively really cared about our well-being. The apartment is ideal for a summer trip to Lake Tahoe and also for skiing vacation at the local ski resort. We had a great time and would definitely come again and recommend Andreas Airbnb!!

Kara’s place was just right for our family of five (two elementary school age boys, who got the bunk beds, and a 6-month old infant). The place was very clean and looked just like the pictures. Only thing we noticed was a bit of an old-wood odor, but once we opened up the windows, it dissipated. Was beautiful to wake up to sun glittering on the water in the keys. Wish we had taken advantage of the kayak! Oh, and we saw a bear walking through the neighborhood, so be sure to be situationally aware!

We had a great time at Mark’s place! It was the perfect place for my family to spend a weekend in the mountains. We will definitely be back!

This place gave us everything we needed and was very close to the Hyatt where my family was. Was well enough stocked and had ample parking spaces. I’d come back.

Place was a great place for what we needed. It’s very conveniently located and well equipped with things that you need including a kitchen and basic cooking utensils. One minor thing is that the neighbor above is audible in terms of footsteps and movements, it’s not a huge issue. If needed Ryan is very responsive and able to step in. Recommend in terms of location, space, and proximity to others shops and sightseeing areas.

The pictures does not do it justice. It looks better in person, it is very cozy and comfy. Will is a great host, and he provided excellent communication throughout my stay

Cozy Tahoe Gem with Top-Notch Hosts! I had an amazing stay at Daniel and Ryan’s place in Tahoe! The location is unbeatable—just minutes from downtown and the casinos, and Lyft/Uber rides were super affordable. Parking was a breeze, right next to the unit. The space itself was clean, spacious, and cozy, with a beautiful fireplace that made it feel extra homey. The bed was incredibly comfy, WiFi was fast, and the overall vibe was just perfect for a relaxing getaway. Best of all, check-in was easy and communication was flawless the entire time.
