Staying at Daniela’s place was great! Super easy to find and get into the peaceful house on the pond. Even though it was pet friendly, the house was spotless and had no wear or tear from previous visitors. It was great that they had child gates at stairs too! The dog loved going out in the canoe and swimming in the pond! Great place overall!

An amazing stay! I stayed here with 8 of my friends and we had more than enough room. The house was in a perfect location - walking distance to the ocean and only a few minute drive to Narragansett Town Beach. Diane was BEYOND helpful and extremely responsive to all of my questions from the day I booked the Airbnb. I highly recommend staying here!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Jackie’s place! It’s pristine, comfy, loved the fire pit out back, and she is so responsive. We also loved the little personalized gifts. We recommend it!

Great stay. Beautiful water views. Literally a 20 second walk to the shoreline. Very obvious that Tony put a ton of work into the house. Totally remodeled - everything appeared brand new. IMMEDIATE response to a hot water issue which was resolved right away and with a late check out as compensation. Highly recommend. Great house. Great host.

Stayed here for a bachelorette party and it was perfect! Beach access is a huge part of why we chose this house and it didn’t disappoint. Loved having two kitchens and living room spaces so we could spread out and prep/store in one kitchen! Host was very responsive and this house has the most reasonable check-out cleanup list I’ve ever seen with an Airbnb! One thing I’ll note is that the house has a very christian vibe—all the books are religious, Jesus statue in the garden, etc. Our group didn’t really mind but figured I’d mention it in case it makes your group uncomfortable!

My family and I were in town for a soccer tournament and could not have asked for a better home to stay! Great location to the university and loved the peaceful neighborhood. House was immaculate, but cozy and comfortable and beautifully decorated. We felt right at home and would not hesitate to come back. Liz was a fantastic host!

Bria’s home was outstanding in just about every way. It was absolutely adorable, clean to the point that everything looked brand new, appointed with nearly everything we could need, and super close to Narragansett Beach and shops. When we arrived, we were impressed to see a bowl of water set up for our dogs and a bag of treats for them on the counter (along with an assortment of goodies for the kids, aged 6 and 9, and adults as well). Very thoughtful! We found the yard to be an amazing asset for our dogs, who normally need time to adjust to new surroundings on vacation. They felt right at home! The neighborhood was peaceful. The only neighbor we saw smiled and waved as he drove by. As small as it is on paper, the home did not feel small to our family of 4. It was just right for a week’s vacation. Bria was a responsive host, helping us find everything we needed in the area. All in all, I would highly recommend Bria’s place!

Well kept little space. Clean and well decorated. It has charm as was exactly as described. Decently accessible to downtown by car or even by foot. Would recommend this place for anyone visiting.

We so much enjoyed staying at Jim's place in Bristol! Jim is such a responsive host--always available by phone when we had a question and always very kind and friendly. He keeps the property looking so beautiful and the backyard is truly a peaceful spot to hang out. The town of Bristol is quintessential New England! The people are friendly and the architecture is so historic and quaint. Lovely time!

It is always a pleasure to stay in the Garden Apartment. It certainly lives up to its name. The surrounding grounds are magical. The East Bay bike path is a few steps away from the apartment. There’s a small grocery store and quite a few restaurants all within walking distance. If you feel adventurous, the drive to either Newport or Providence is about forty minutes. (Depending on traffic, of course). For me, I’m happy just hanging around my old home town.

Great experience! Charming, clean and comfortable inside and out. Will definitely return next time we travel to Mystic.

Carmen was readily available. The energy was great. Beautiful home, area, and surrounded by nature. You have everything you could need and more!

Came for college graduation. Shannan’s place was homey, spacious, and clean. Anything you might need is provided. Close to everything by car. Shannan was responsive to all our messages and seemed friendly, although we did not meet her in person. There is a warning in the listing, but I just want to reiterate that the steps are quite steep! Keep this in mind if you have heavy luggage. Overall a great and comfortable stay.

Ed went above and beyond, to make sure our stay was enjoyable. From early check-in, to meeting us to show us around, offering local recommendations, and all the personal touches… this place was truly home away from home, fully stocked with more than just essentials! Definitely recommend and would love to stay again, next time we are in Newport!

Emily's place was everything I hoped for! A perfect slice of peace within a quick drive of local shops, beaches, adventures and restaurants. It had everything we needed and the guide binder and brochures were great too! So happy to have had the opportunity ☺️

We had the most peaceful, relaxing weekend at lakeside landing! The house itself is a 10 out of 10, absolutely adorable and had everything we could possibly need. The bed was sooo comfy and the views are just amazing! We enjoyed paddling around the lake during the day and the fire pit and hot tub at night! We didn’t leave the house once!! Highly recommend:)

Had a great time in this peaceful wonderful setting. Saw and heard maybe 40 bird species. (Using Merlin app). Frogs and turtles too!everything we needed! Beds are very comfortable!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was the perfect get away for a girls weekend. Quiet, cozy and has beautiful surroundings! So much to do in the area also! Would love to come back in the future.

A beautiful area and wonderful host. Response time for anything was quick and easy. Many amenities that fit the property’s description which enhanced the experience. This was a perfect couple of days that my family needed. I look forward to going again and would highly recommend anyone looking for a getaway to visit Three Oaks!!!

I have traveled a lot for work, out of all the hotels and air bnbs I have stayed at this is beyond the best. This was a wedding celebration with family and she had it set up so special. We had a wonderful experience, everything you could need for whatever you wanted to do/cook. She shed was beautiful! Gorgeous landscaping, so clean, absolutely a great deal in my opinion. She was such a responsive host and I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay there . Thank you so much for making our getaway special !!!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this historic cabin in a beautiful location surrounded by trees next to a peaceful lake. Super cozy fireplace in the cabin, BBQ grill and fire pit outside made for a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend!

What a lovely home! Exactly like the pictures. Not too remote but private. Spacious, visited with my two children and added my oldest son for a night. Mike was quick to respond when I had questions. Would love to visit again!
