This is a 1,400 sq ft private in-law apartment with your own locked entrance completely separate from the house. The 1st floor has two bedrooms with new queen beds and a full bath. The 2nd floor has a full kitchen, pull out couch, full bath and room for an inflatable bed. Child and dog friendly with pack n play and water bowls on hand. Nice quiet neighborhood, take the 3-minute walk to the neighborhood river access and launch the kayak and paddleboard available for our guests to use. Picturesque Narrow River divides Narragansett and South Kingstown. You can take a paddle about 2 miles to the mouth of the river at Narragansett beach.
