Vacation rentals with breakfast in South Kingstown

This is the second time we have stayed at Diane’s place and we absolutely love the home. It’s a quaint little home and suitable for our family of 5. The home was spotless and we had plenty of towels and fresh linens. Shopping & dining are all close by and the city of Providence and Boston are also great options and within driving distance. Diane is an exceptional hostess and I would recommend her home to anyone looking for a place to stay in RI

We loved our stay at Ellen and Jennifer’s house. It was perfect for a weekend trip with friends and our two young children to relax and have fun. The hosts were very quick to respond and gave clear instructions for everything. The kitchen was well-stocked and the bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Great location and great home!

Mark was extremely responsive and any question or request that I made. Excellent to communicate with. We very much enjoyed using the backyard patio and his lobster pot with propane gas fuel for boiling our delicious Maine lobsters which we picked up just around the corner. Location was ideal for walking to restaurants and beautiful residential areas in the charming neighborhood. If you items need repair in the house, and general could use a little updating with linens, mattresses, and lighting. But for host, responsiveness, ideal, location, and backyard dining, you couldn’t ask for anything better.

Super comfortable, great back yard. Guests were welcome to visit while we were there. Jane met all our needs and more. We couldn't have asked for a better place. We will definitely rent from Jane again. Beautiful country with lots to see and do.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The house was beautiful and very clean. It was the perfect house to just relax in if we didn’t feel like going out. I will definitely be back!

Our return to Matt’s place was as always restorative, and his minimal decor and great selection of readings conducive to peace. The setting is tranquil, the shower superb, and one of the most comfortable beds we’ve ever found in an Airbnb. Matt is a great host, and we’re already looking forward to a return to his sweet space. I cannot say enough good things about my week long stay! I got off a long travel and had EVERYTHING I needed. The amenities the space it was all perfect. Even my puppy dog was taken care of with a comfortable bed and bowls out when we arrived! Literally the best Airbnb stay I’ve had. Would recommend to anyone.

We stayed 2 nights toward the end of Summer. It was about 1/2 hour outside of Newport, which we knew. We spent most of our time in and around Newport. If you don’t mind the back and forth, it’s perfect to sneak away from the crowds. Suzanne and Dan were very friendly and helpful. The apartment is the perfect size for 2 people and stocked with what you would need, if you want to cook or not. It was very clean and uncluttered with no knickknacks around. Due to time constraints we didn’t get to enjoy the yard, but could see it was very pretty and well maintained. We would recommend and stay again if we are in the area.

He gave great locations of things around. It was close to all the places we were visiting.

This was a lovely air B&B, in a beautiful, quiet location, yet close to the town of Niantic (10 minute, easy drive), as well as gorgeous regional parks. We had a wonderful stay here, and our host made everything easy and clear. The suite was fresh-feeling and very clean. Kitchen area was well-supplied and exactly as described. Linens and bed felt like hotel. We had glorious weather, and with the special “perk” of kayaks on-site, we went up the adjacent tidal estuary twice, and were treated to osprey fishing, kingfishers on the banks, cormorants and ducks, a bluebird(!), herons and egrets, and peace and quiet. What a spot! We also got to explore Niantic, with a sunset meal on a restaurant deck, overlooking the water. We walked, biked, and hiked in several parks around the area, with gorgeous beaches, wetlands, and woodlands. Thanks to the location, I think we saw the best of this area, which we'd never been to before. Plus we discovered the renowned bakery/cafe, Sift. Perfect!

Stayed here for a little mini vacation with my kids! We loved it.

Joanne’s place is an amazing, convenient location. The place is short drive to the casino and old mystic. The place is clean and comfortable. I highly suggest it for anyone to stay there . We loved the place and will definitely stay there in the near future.

We loved staying here perfect for our mother/daughter getaway. We will definitely stay again. Everything was clean and comfortable. The extra touches were so nice! Beds were comfortable!

Couldn’t have better things to say about this place and Pat! The location is PERFECT…walking distance to shops/restaurants on Thames and Bowens Wharf. It was my boyfriend and my first time in a bed and breakfast and it was fabulous - breakfast was perfect, and we even had the option to take it to go if we wanted. Pat made us feel at home, gave great suggestions and the blue suite was surprisingly large! Would stay again when back in Newport!

if i could give 100 stars i would! my friend and I came for a peaceful retreat but we left with so much encouragement and new friends. Tom was ready with local recommendations and was accommodating to our needs! Kate was such a joy and the pinnacle hospitality. these are people we want in our lives forever! when we are back in the area they will be our first call!!

We really enjoyed everything about our two night stay. From early checkin to very reasonable 12 check out, everything went smoothly. Additional bedding was supplied for a friend and overall the room was very large with a great big bathroom in the corner. Highly recommend.

Absolutely beautiful home in a lovely area! We loved our stay here and couldn’t ask for anything more. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious, and the neighborhood was very peaceful with a great view. Rebecca was an extremely kind and considerate host and we wish we could have stayed longer! First time in Newport, we spent two nights and it was amazing with all the tips and recommendations Walter gave us, makes things easier about planning our day The place has all you need to prepare before visiting any place, quiet neighborhood ideal for a good rest, and very walkable everything is so close and a lot of history to enjoy in every corner.
