Overall we enjoyed our stay at this airbnb. We appreciated the beautiful view, washer, ac in each room, and multiple bathrooms. The location is a bit out of the way but they offer a shuttle service from 8-12 and 4-12 which is incredibly helpful. Nello, our shuttle driver was the sweetest and goofiest man. We loved him. The walk without the shuttle service is lengthy and inconvenient especially with luggage. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.

An outstanding villa with stunning views. Ivana, Kety & their father were outstanding hosts, friendly, helpful and informative. We were lucky enough to be staying when it was their father’s birthday and were treated to the most delicious dinner of roast lamb, roast potatoes, salad, cheeses and the most gorgeous desserts and homemade red wine from their own produce. Ivana was always extremely helpful and helped us find car parks and book a boat trip. A great tip, is get an Uber into Dubrovnik Old Town, it was so much cheaper than parking and they take you right into the town. Highly recommend this beautiful Villa !

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The location was perfect, offering both peace and easy access to nearby attractions. Everything exceeded our expectations, from the cozy atmosphere to the thoughtful touches throughout the house. Our stay in Sicily was truly unforgettable! The house had a beautiful character, filled with charming details that made it feel like a home. The garden was a stunning oasis, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the warm Sicilian evenings. Our host, Carlo, was exceptional—always available to answer questions and provide recommendations. The highlight of our trip was the incredible five-course Sicilian dinner Carlo organized for us, showcasing the region's delicious cuisine. Each dish was a delight! The location itself is a must-visit, with breathtaking views and rich culture all around. We felt immersed in the beauty and warmth of Sicily. Highly recommend this lovely spot for anyone looking to experience the best of the island!

Really enjoyed staying at Stefano‘s stylish villa in the middle of an olive plantation. So peaceful and perfect to relax with the beautiful pool to refresh and a brand new kitchen to cook meals from fresh local ingredients. There really wasn’t anything we’d missed and we can fully recommend this place.

Die Villa verfügt über einen schönen Außenbereich mit Meerblick und liegt fußläufig vom Strand. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung sind funktional und mehr als ausreichend. Valentina und ihr Mann waren für alle Fragen stets erreichbar und haben ausnahmslos sofort reagiert. Man merkt insgesamt, dass die Villa mit viel Herz geführt wird. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und haben die Zeit insgesamt sehr genossen.

This villa is truly one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in over the past 15 years! Everything exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect - easy to reach from Rome airport with a swift 90-minute drive - and the view is simply breathtaking. We were greeted with chocolates and the house itself is well equipped, with every amenity you could need. The fenced-in area added a sense of privacy and security, perfect for families/pets or just enjoying some peaceful outdoor time. The decor and layout of the villa made it feel both luxurious and homely. Floriana was an exceptional host, always responsive and ready to help with anything we needed. She offered fantastic local recommendations, including private cooking class/private chef. Her local insights and care truly enhanced our stay. We’re already planning our return and can’t recommend this villa enough! If you’re looking for a beautiful escape with stunning views and a top-notch experience, this is the place.

Lovely location - within walking distance of the waterfront and harbour. Lovely views from front bedroom balcony and patio. Two very nice bathrooms - one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. It was lovely to sit on the patio around the pool. Staircase to first floor is steep! We rarely used the kitchen as we prefer to eat out in the evening. There was an array of restaurants to choose from . We had an ice cream most nights from a fabulous ice cream shop near the supermarket and bought croissants and bread from the bakers every day. Had a lovely relaxing break. Kristina is a great host and quickly answers any questions you may have.

I cannot say enough great things about our stay here. I don’t even know where to begin because everything was fabulous. We had the best time and we already want to come back! The setting is stunning, the house is pristine, and the location is great. You are removed from the towns but it’s well located and you can do a lot of day trips to other towns and beaches. Check in was great and we communicated with Giulio for everything and he was very responsive. I’

This place looks like the pictures and even better! The host and staff were so kind and friendly, the breakfast sooo delicious! And views were just AMAZING. I wish I had booked to stay longer and would 100% recommendation and would go back. The villa is located around 20 mins drive to Budva and 30 mins to Kotor and Tivat. Ask the host for Google maps link to the villa. You will need a car and if you are not comfortable driving on hills/slopes in manual, definitely get an automatic car!

Mara was an amazing host, very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The villa was great we enjoyed the view, pool and hot tub. In fact we enjoyed spending our days around the villa. Mara introduced us to a local taxi gentleman Marco who was fabulous and recommended restaurants and boat trips and days out. If you don’t have a car use Marco.

If you are looking for a villa in total tranquility and super close to the sea like we wanted, Villaria is the best solution! The interior is cared in every single detail, the kitchen is complete with every accessory and comfort, there are three bedrooms each with its own bathroom, spacious and functional. The outdoor patio is very big and ideal for dining or having an aperitif during the sunset time, so peaceful! 😌 The villa is complete with a big swimming pool, parking slots and charging station for electric cars! The cleanliness of both the interior and exterior is impeccable! There are also both washer and dryer and the AC! Francesco was very kind and helpful Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved the garden and the pool, and Enzo’s dad was very sweet. The house was slightly shabby, but the bedrooms were comfortable and the air conditioning was really great. It was perfect for a family holiday, and we would definitely return to Ischia. The mini market is extremely useful and convenient. It was confusing that both the listing address and the map on the listing displayed different incorrect addresses. The last message Enzo sent contained the correct address, but it still left us confused and lost on arrival as the taxi driver had no idea where the house was. Luckily Enzo’s dad came and saved us. The kitchen was mostly well equipped, but lacked enough glasses, mugs and serving dishes to make cooking and serving family meals easy. However, we would still highly recommend the villa as the garden and pool made it a fabulous holiday destination. We loved Ischia. Enzo’s dad brought us homemade wine and eggs from the garden, and made us feel very welcome- many thanks!

Great place for a large group. Luca communicated quickly with us and helped us with anything we needed. Check-in/out was very easy. The view is great - you can see the Faraglioni from the house. Just note that it's about a 10 minute walk uphill to the city center - for the most part we were able to just call a taxi if we needed.

Mary ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin, unterstützt von Patrizia und Antonina, die sich mit einer unbeschreiblichen Herzlichkeit um die Gäste kümmern. Vor dem Aufenthalt bekommt man ausführliche Informationen zum Haus, den technischen Geräten und vor allem auch sehr gute zu Aktivitäten. Klasse! Wir waren im Dezember da und hatten großes Pech mit dem Wetter. Der große, sehr gut ausgestattete Fitnessraum mit Kletterwand, Fitnessgeräten und Sauna hat uns über die Regentage hinweg getröstet. Hier gibt es auch einen großen Wäschetrockner. Nur der Kinobereich ist im Winter zu kalt, weil der Fitnessraum nicht wirklich beheizbar ist. Die beiden, nicht miteinander verbundenenWohnungen sind liebevoll und geschmackvoll gestaltet. Die Betten haben gute Matratzen und es gibt in jeder Wohnung eine Waschmaschine. Von der oberen wie unteren Wohnung hat man einen herrlichen Panoramablick. Tipp: Trinkwasser kann man bei einem Wasserspender in Ciminna abfüllen.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Villa Tari and will remember the view forever. The Villa itself was beautiful with everything we needed and our hosts were friendly, responsive and there to help us when we needed them. The Villa is a great place to chill out for the day but also just as easy to access great walks, climbs and hill runs. There is a supermarket/deli nearby that sells incredible food and we enjoyed BBQ's at the villa with delicious meat and fish. I would highly recommend staying at Villa Tari.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Masseria war einfach toll! Von dem Moment an, als wir ankamen, wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Die Masseria selbst ist ein echtes Juwel – wunderschön restauriert, mit liebevollen Details und einem unglaublichen Charme. Die Lage ist traumhaft: Umgeben von Olivenhainen und weitläufiger Natur, konnten wir herrlich abschalten und die Ruhe genießen. Gleichzeitig ist es der ideale Ausgangspunkt, um die Schönheiten der Region zu entdecken. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und mit wertvollen Insider-Tipps zu den besten Restaurants, Stränden und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung. Wir können die Masseria jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen, der eine authentische und erholsame Zeit in Apulien erleben möchte. Vielen Dank für diese wunderbare Erfahrung. Wir kommen wieder :)

The check-in was flexible and easily arranged. The villa was beautiful and very comfortable for two couples, located outside of the city which makes it easy to unplug and relax. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Wir haben einen tollen Kurzurlaub mit der ganzen Familie in der Villa Orca verbracht und haben uns besonders über die wunderschöne Aussicht vom gut ausgestatteten Aussenbereich mit Pool, Liegestühlen und Sitz-/Essbereich gefreut. Zudem ist auch der Innenbereich sehr grosszügig gestaltet. Die Kommunikation mit Valeria war unkompliziert und sie hat uns nett empfangen und zur Villa begleitet. Vielen Dank für alles, wir kommen gerne wieder!

It was evident from the beginning that Fabrizio’s number one goal is to provide first class service to his guests. If you are looking for a beautiful home in a rural setting you won’t be deposited. As grandparents, my wife and I were looking for a place to spend quality time with our adult children, their spouses, and our grandchildren ages 8-14, and at the same time experience Italy from a rural perspective before going to Rome. Our stay in Massa Fermana was full of great experiences: truffle hunting, Italian cooking class and dinner for the entire family with our cook and her husband in their rural home, wineries, restaurants, gelaterias, seaside visit, travel to historic sites. and much more. Since it was the beginning of Olive harvest, we picked olives from the olive trees on our hosts property and although we were not able to have the olives pressed for oil due to time constraints, Fabrizio gave us a bottle of fresh pressed olive oil from the first harvest of the area.

Wij hebben genoten van een heerlijke week in het huis van Nunzia. Het is erg privé en heeft een geweldig uitzicht over Sorrento en de zee. Het huis voldeed volledig aan de verwachtingen. Het was meer dan ruim voor ons 4en (gezin met 2 kinderen van 9 en 11), alle kamers hadden airco en de keuken was voorzien van alle faciliteiten. De wasmachine was een fijne bijkomstigheid aangezien wij een roadtrip door Italië hebben gedaan. Het zwembad is een etage lager (veel trappen aanwezig vanaf de algemene parkeerplaats) en bij het zwembad waren 4 comfortabele ligstoelen en parasol. De locatie van het huis was heel fijn. Wij hebben uitstapjes gemaakt naar Capri, Positano, downtown Sorrento en Vico Equense. Het bereiken van het huis via Google was spannend gezien de smalle straatjes en onze Peugeot 3008. Wanneer je Zio Sam (leuk restaurant in de straat) als navigatie adres aangeeft, kom je via de goede kant aangereden en zijn de straten wat breder. Een aanrader om naartoe te gaan!

5 Sterne, auch wenn es ein paar Anregungen gibt: wir waren zum mobilen Arbeiten mit unserer 12jährigen Tochter für 10 Tage dort. Man fühlt sich sofort zu Hause, die untere Etage mit Schlaf-, Wohnzimmer, Dusche/Bad/Wc ist perfekt fürs Kind mit Wunsch nach etwas Raum für sich. Küche war toll eingerichtet, generell alles sauber und die Panoramascheiben im WZ sind fantastisch, und danke für die Moskitonetze. kleine Anregungen: - im Duschraum oben hinten fangen die Fugen an zu schimmeln...jetzt kann man noch alles in den Griff bekommen - das Zimmer unten (ausgerechnet) hat kein TV. Die TV in den oberen Schlafzimmern sind defekt und der im WZ zeigt keine deutschen Sender. Wir kamen die 10 Tage ohne aus, aber es wäre schön, zumindest mal ARD/ZDF schauen zu können - das Bücherboard hat nicht ein deutsches (Jugendbuch), schade - grösstes Manko, das WLAN ist mit ca 3Mbit/0,6Mbit am optimalen Sitzplatz im WZ zu langsam um ausreichend arbeiten, geschweigedenn Filme streamen zu können...

We had a great time at Tanja's place. The house was beautiful and very clean. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals ourselves. We were there in late December, so the area was very quiet, and most restaurants closed, which was fine for us because we wanted a quiet vacation as a family. The heated pool was fantastic and the indoors section great in winter. The water was warm enough for our toddler to play in for some time. Overall, a fantastic experience.
