Vacation rentals with a home theater in South Italy

We had a fun time at Vito's. It was a great place to rest after a day filled with hiking and activities in the villages on the coast, facing a magnificent view of the sea and from our terrace where we also had access to a jacuzzi. Vito was very responsive, and took the time to explain the activities to do nearby, and gave us great recommendations for restaurants in the area. The apartment was very well equipped and clean. We also enjoyed the calm - as the accommodation is not in the city center, it takes 20-30 minutes on foot to go down to the port, and you can enjoy the beautiful view and many shops and restaurants on the way. I also highly recommend the breakfast, you won't be disappointed!

Graziella and Filippo’s unit was impeccable. Fully equipped and above expectations. Filippo greeted us personally upon our arrival and oriented us to the condo, which was very nice. He was also readily available throughout our trip. The condo is upscale and modern and gave us plenty of room to ourselves. The view from The living room and bedrooms of the Castello di Milazzo was beautiful and I will never forget it. The balcony is very large as pictured and we enjoyed having our breakfast and dinner while taking in the view. He equipped the living room with a high quality projector and watching movies there was like an experience at a movie theatre. We also rented a mid-sized SUV (by American standards) and it was able to fit in the assigned parking space without issue. The condo is located in a prime location, nearby shopping, bakeries, restaurants, the pier, the beach and the port. I would absolutely recommend his unit and will personally try to return in the future.

Aleksandar was a terrific host, and the place was better than the pictures posted. He was always responsive, helpful, offering personalised service like picking us up some groceries, because we arrived while it was raining. He was ALWAYS reacheable during our stay. The area is residential with a spectacular view of the coast, and it takes only about 7-10 minutes to the Old City in a cab. Everything in the apartment is very well-designed, clean, with well-appointed spaces that are tastefully decorated, ample storage space and a complete kitchen. I am told this was supposed to be his place, and never meant to be rented out, which is reflected in the high quality of finishes! We were so lucky to find this wonderful place, and would recommend this spacious, comfortable place to everyone staying outside the Old City.

Fantastic apartment, location is great with cafes and restaurants within 5 minutes and the Old Town and Lapad Beach around a 15 minute walk away. The apartment is spacious and has everything our family of four needed, and Drago was extremely responsive and helpful. This was the perfect base to explore Dubrovnik and also to visit Lokrum and Lopud islands.

We had an amazing trip to Dubrovnik, made really special by staying in such a great apartment. Nikolina was the best host - gave lots of advice prior to our stay and always replied to questions within minutes. The apartment was spacious and was as it looks in the photos. Beds were big and comfortable. The balcony looked out to the sea and gave some great views. I thought the location was perfect for us - we could walk down to the Old Town in 15 mins - took a little longer coming back up hill!! We stayed in the biggest of the apartments which was for 8 people, but there are other smaller aparments in the complex - would highly recommend.

We had a great stay. Andrea is a fantastic host who responds very quickly to questions and really puts you at ease. The apartment is pleasant. You have to factor in some travel time to the city center, but you already know that when booking. Everything is as described and you can't really ask for more. Then you know what you're getting.

An impeccable welcome filled with little touches! Good pastry chef Francesca, 🤗 very good cake! Comfortable bedding and very good location for doing everything on foot. We easily found a parking lot . Great for a short stay.

We had a great stay! The Airbnb was spacious, modern, beautifully renovated, and spotless. We really appreciated how easy it was to access the apartment. Alessandro was extremely responsive and always attentive to our needs. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old town. Parking was easy to access and free, which was a big plus. The bed — and really everything — was super comfortable. The city itself felt a bit quiet in April, but the square had a nice vibe and the people were absolutely lovely. Definitely recommend!

Amelia and Kevin were very discreet, but they were still in their place if we needed them. The house is wonderful, very nice, clean. There is everything, the kitchen is super equipped, very high quality pots, kitchen robots, glasses and glasses of all kinds. They left us fresh bread, milk, and other things. Also given the temperatures I had asked for fresh water when we arrived and we were satisfied. The rooms are all beautiful, very comfortable beds. The living room with the home teather is an added value. The beautiful infinity pool, lights that create an atmosphere. In short, the photos reflect the reality, on the contrary, being there is even better. If you need to get away from the chaos this place is for you... at night you can't hear a single noise. Thanks to Amalia and Kevin, always smiling and kind. I hope to be back!

I would recommend staying. It is a quick walk into Tivoli where there a lots of lovely Restaurants, Gardens & Walks

we had a very pleasant stay here. the air conditioning worked well and there were also nice attentions present. So it was perfect.

We had a fantastic stay at Daisy's. An apartment on the top floor. The air conditioning worked fine. The apartment looks like the pictures. Very well equipped. Coffee, tea available. There were rolls and water in the fridge waiting for us. Even disposable slippers were prepared for us. Very good location. Close to bus stops and less than 10 minutes to the subway. I recommend it. Next time I'm in Rome, I'll definitely use Daisy's apartment.

This was the perfect spot for us in Rome. We setup in Rome, walked Rome on the first day and then took day trips to Naples and Florence so being close to the Metro Station was a must for us. Marco walked out and met us on the first day to make sure we had no issues finding the AirBnB and gave us a quick overview. Everything was perfect and clean. I highly recommend!

Because our stay was canceled, we had to quickly find a new one. Pio waited patiently until we could make the booking official, which was very nice. It is a spacious apartment and looked clean. The connection to the Almalfi coast with public transport went well. There is a direct bus to Almalfi and by train via Salerno and the pound is also easy to reach. Pio always responded super quickly which is very nice. In short, a nice welcoming host who thinks along with you. As far as we are concerned, recommended.

We highly recommend Gabriele’s place to anyone who’s coming to Trapani. It has everything including a washing machine which is very useful for a beach trip. The location of the place is perfect and Gabriele’s hospitality and communication are great!

Very good and friendly communication in advance with extremely fast feedback. Questions during the stay were answered quickly. The apartment is ideally located. Parking spaces are available - if necessary, you have to drive around the square several times to find a parking space. We were lucky enough to find a vacant parking space for 10 days almost directly in front of the apartment after circling 5 times. The subway and bus are about 200 m away. It's just four stops by subway to the Colosseum. The bus line goes to the Engelsburg and the Vatican. The Basilica "St. Paul Outside the Walls" is only about 400 meters from the apartment. The apartment was pleasantly cool at the end of May, even without air conditioning. However, air conditioning is also available. The apartment has plenty of space and a very nice and modern bathroom. An elevator makes it easier to reach the apartment on the seventh floor. We can recommend the apartment without reservation and thank you for the great hospitality.

Sebastiano was a great host, responsive and made himself available to us! You can see that he does this job by dedicating himself with great care to communication with the customer. The apartment was really nice and large, the plus was definitely the bright living room with the large sofa, the TV and the private parking! Definitely back!😊

Great apartment in Rome, renovated and very good taste. It felt good there. Rosanna is a very pleasant and attentive host, she responded to all our questions quickly and was concerned about our comfort. Small neighborhood where life is good, tourist activities are 15-20 min by bike. A beautiful Roman getaway.
