Everything was built respecting bio-architecture. In addition to the bungalow, there are common areas including a swimming pool, oven, barbecue, outdoor spaces and much more. The estate of one hectare of olive trees is located between the villages of the Salento hinterland, 5 km from Castro and a few km from Otranto, Leuca and Pescoluse.

The house consists of bedroom, bathroom and kitchen, living room with sofa bed and the common outdoor areas consist of garden, swimming pool, gym and solarium, outdoor shower, kitchenette and outdoor dining area.

A short walk leads you into the center of Villammare; charming cafés, boutiques, restaurants and, well-kept (Bandiera blu) beaches with clear water. Roads that take you along the jaw-dropping, windy Cliento coast to Maratea and Palinuro,to Baia degli Infreschi and Spiaggia Nera are only a few minutes away. Bicycles are also available for you !

Great for friends/families travelling together. Sleeps up to 6. Not suitable for limited mobility because of climbing stairs.
