Farmstay vacation rentals in South Italy

we stayed in this apartment from August 26 to 30, beautiful place, isolated, ideal for those who want to relax, Ms. Oriana is really very kind and very friendly. The house is very clean, not to mention the garden, which is spectacular. We were very happy and will definitely be back.

Ivano and Terhi were BY FAR the most welcoming, thoughtful and kind hosts we have EVER experienced on our travels. Right from the get go, Tehri welcomed us with a shuttle from the Zagorolo station and we felt right at home in the little cottage. Ivano gave us some tips on what to do and asked us to reach out if we got stuck in the rain and needed a ride or needed help with how to spend our time. The place is cosy and an easy 25m stroll to the station and supermarket. We enjoyed delightful days exploring the area and then came home to our little cottage surrounded by olives eating homemade Italian food. Ivano and Terhi went above and beyond. Their kindness was so refreshing after a few weeks of being treated like "tourists". If you are wanting to explore Rome, experience Italian hospitality and not be swallowed up by the busy streets and traffic, this is the place for you! If we ever come to Italy again, we will stay here for sure!!! thank you Ivano and Terhi for the beautiful moments ❤

This was the best property we have ever stayed in. Really a dream property - Lorenzo the host is lovely, answered us within minutes and helped with everything we needed. The house is just spectacular in its beauty, a rustic and special house with a magical yard, a comfortable kitchen where we have prepared a number of meals and a warm atmosphere. The rooms were clean and tidy, the place was big and inviting and the yard is just dreamy. There was a response to everything we needed. I have no words to even recommend from most we had a good time. Thank you so much

Antonio’s place is really beautiful and peaceful, and I do recommend it to everyone looking for a zen experience in the middle of the nature! A peaceful house in the middle of the nature!

We had a wonderful stay with Franca and Flavia. They were very kind and helpful, always available for questions, they gave tips to eat and made reservations for us. The appartement was very clean and cosy, it was fully equipped. The wifi was very good, wich was handy with 2 teenagers. The surroundings were green and quiet, you had a lot of space to sit in the garden, there was enough privacy for everyone. The pool was clean, well maintained and there were enough seats for everyone. Our dog Kai also loved it here, he was warmly welcomed by Franca and Flavia. They even walked him on the day we went to Rome ❤️ he had lots of space to roam. On wednesday you can order home made Bread wich is a real treat, very tasty and fresh. We felt really at home at il corniolo and we will visit again in the future. Thank you for the great hospitality!

Really beautiful. The property and views were just what we wanted. Away from everything. Just the countryside with clean fresh air. Pietro and Cristina were great. We really enjoyed our time there.

Where to start? Hosts are imbued with a kindness, generosity, joie de vivre, and energy that turned out to be contagious. The place is simply charming and the site as a whole is worth a visit on its own. We are great cooks and normally prefer to prepare our meals. We have opted for the discovery formula with local products and cuisine for all our dinners and lunches. Believe us, this is a must-see experience. Complete, varied and where we take care to diversify discoveries from one meal to another. In Dide, there are also bonds of friendship. What an experience that will remain steeped in our most beautiful travel memories. We are grateful to this family who welcomed us with open arms. A stop on the unmissable agri-food road. Wonderful place surrounded by nature. Angela was very friendly and helpful, the apartment was clean and comfortable. It was a bit noisy through the walls and the dogs sometimes bark in the night, so if you're a light sleeper then bring some earplugs! All in all, would highly recommend!

Tiziana is charming, attentive and super friendly. We were delighted in the house, super quiet, with parking, it was spectacular.

Nadia and her family offer a very nice place to stay. From here you can explore the Monte Sibillini, whether on foot, by bike or by car. We had some very nice days and Nadia gave us valuable tips. We were very satisfied, thanks for the warm hospitality.

Annamaria and Domenico were warm, gracious hosts and their place an absolute delight, perfect and so cozy for our family getaway, and in a spectacular, scenic location. The house is charming, clean, and bright, with artistic touches and surrounded by a well tended garden. Our hosts even gave us olive oil from their olive grove and fresh eggs from their chickens! They make the place even more special and we would love to stay with them again.

We stayed for 13 nights and enjoyed every minute spending time in such a beautiful and relaxing home. Clean and tidy with so much outdoor space was just magical. Scenery was amazing and everything was true to what was advertised and described. Dror was so responsive we really appreciated that. Thank you for what was everything we had dreamed it would be. Without hesitation would recommend to anyone.

Great stay close to nature, parks and with easy access to main roads to reach Cefalú and other small towns. Very convenient supermarket nearby. The hosts were very kind and welcoming, provided fresh towels and a fully equipped kitchen. We explored small towns like Mistretta, Caronia and Parco dei Nebrodi. Highly recommend and great value for money.

We had a great stay! The pool is fantastic, very clean and provides a good cooling even in the middle of summer! The bungalow is very nicely and practically furnished! Very comfortable beds! We will be happy to come back :-)

Thanks to Gaetano we had a perfect stay! He was so helpful and even brought a plate of delicious pasta, because we had some problems with our rental car and arrived quite late at the first evening. The accommodation is more than beautiful: you have a perfect view of the Etna and you can try some of the wonderful juicy oranges. Everything was perfect!

A peaceful and wonderful place in the countryside, perfect for a quiet getaway. Luxurious setting and cosy decor made it the perfect place for our honeymoon. :)

We LOVED staying here!!! I came with a group of nine adults and a baby. Serena and her family are amazing and wonderful and the place is GORGEOUS and super comfortable for a big group.

The place was PERFECT. It was an ideal location with an amazing view! Benita was such a great hostess, offering directions to nearby grocery stores and local sights! So sweet of her to have some pastries and wine available when we arrived as a welcome gift! I look forward to staying there again in the future!

We had the most fabulous holiday here. The house and surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. the house is a home that has been in the family for generations and has been renovated with much consideration to detail and comfort. Jure and his family made us feel extremely welcome with generous touches on arrival and departure that were much appreciated. We baked bread and made pizzas in the outdoor bread oven, cooked fresh fish from the market in Vela Luka over the wood BBQ, lay under the olive trees by the pool and visited glorious local beaches. What more could one ask for the ingredients to a happy family holiday! Thank you to our hosts

This villa is truly one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in over the past 15 years! Everything exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect - easy to reach from Rome airport with a swift 90-minute drive - and the view is simply breathtaking. We were greeted with chocolates and the house itself is well equipped, with every amenity you could need. The fenced-in area added a sense of privacy and security, perfect for families/pets or just enjoying some peaceful outdoor time. The decor and layout of the villa made it feel both luxurious and homely. Floriana was an exceptional host, always responsive and ready to help with anything we needed. She offered fantastic local recommendations, including private cooking class/private chef. Her local insights and care truly enhanced our stay. We’re already planning our return and can’t recommend this villa enough! If you’re looking for a beautiful escape with stunning views and a top-notch experience, this is the place.

Our stay at Giovanni’s was incredible. He went above and beyond to cater to our needs. It was perfect for our family with young children.. a wonderful private property with plenty to do, but no need to even leave the property if you don’t want to (especially with such a wonderful pool area). Giovanni and Paolo were great at communicating and did everything they good to help us, even when we had special requests.

Deborah made us feel extremely welcome. She went out of her way to help us with any queries. We loved the peace and quiet and beautiful surroundings. We would be very happy to return here

The apartment is a dream! Large, spacious, bright , huge windows with beautiful views of nature and with a fantastic view. Everything is new and modern. Domenico and his wife are very friendly and helpful hosts. We spent three days there and enjoyed every minute. We would have liked to stay longer - but Sicily is big and very nice... Mille Grazie Domenico!
