Vacation rentals with a balcony in South Italy

A great apartment in a lovely area. We found it to be very peaceful away from all the crowds but with lots of restaurants, shops and bakeries close by. A very helpful host who was quick to respond with any questions we had.

Notre hôte Simona a été particulièrement accueillante et avenante. Toujours très réactive et arrangeante, son aide nous a permis de profiter pleinement de notre séjour. Le logement est vraiment tres agréable à vivre avec tout le confort espéré le temps d’une vie à la Romaine. Je recommande vivement !

Highly recommended to have this place and it’s so convenient to most of the attractions within 30 minutes.

Siamo stati diversi giorni in questo appartamento e non potevamo far scelta migliore. Appartamento ottimo: ben curato e pulito , allo stesso tempo moderno. Un appartamento bellissimo e ci si sentiva a casa. La descrizione corrisponde a quello che c’era nella struttura . Non potevamo chiedere di più. L’host e’ stata più che disponibile dal primo giorno fino all’ultimo, curandosi di noi su ogni aspetto. Molto gentile e amichevole. Consiglio vivamente l’appartamento . Ci torneremo volentieri. excellent séjour dans cet appartement bien équipé. les deux terrasses sont extrêmement agréables. le quartier de Trastevere, très vivant mais demeuré plus populaire dans sa partie sud est très attachant.

This was a very convenient apartment which suited our family of 5. It was a relief to come back to the calm of the apartment and the area after hectic and busy sightseeing in Rome. It was easy to walk to the Vatican, even for our 6 year old and public transport was very easy to other major sites. Ricardo organised an airport transfer for us which was really very helpful. The local gelateria and restaurants were lovely and appreciated by all of us, but there were also lots of local supermarkets selling everything we needed. This was a lovely place to stay and we would happily stay there again if we returned to Rome.

We had a wonderful stay at Agostino’s home. We were greeted by his parents upon a late arrival. They were very kind in providing us with pasta and fresh veggies for dinner (you need a car or taxi to go to town). The house is spacious and clean. We spent time relaxing at the pool and enjoyed the amazing views. Thank you, Agostino’s parents for your great hospitality.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Marco. L’appartement est très bien placé et confortable. Très bonne communication avec Marco qui nous a aussi gentiment organisé le transfert depuis l’aéroport. Grazie mille!

My friends and I had the most amazing stay, thanks to our incredible host! From the moment we arrived, he was extremely sweet and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. He set up rides for us and was always quick to respond to any questions we had, making communication a breeze. The Airbnb itself was absolutely stunning — the pictures truly don’t do it justice. It’s like something out of a dream! Every corner of the space had a special charm that made our stay feel magical and unforgettable. One of the highlights of our trip was the morning we were checking out. Our host stopped by and made us all delicious cappuccinos, and we sat together in the kitchen chatting like old friends. It was such a warm and personal touch that really made our stay memorable. The hospitality and the beautiful atmosphere were truly unmatched, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Vi (to voksne og to børn på henholdsvis 7 og 9 år fra Danmark) boede i Paolas smukke hus i 9 dage og var meget begejstrede for opholdet. Paola gav gode forslag til udflugter i nærområdet (også til regnvejrsdage) og fandt legetøj frem, som vores børn kunne bruge, når vi badede i den dejlige pool, som har den smukkeste udsigt over Orte. Huset ligger langt fra anden beboelse, og da vi boede der havde vi hele grunden for os selv. Så der er masser af privatliv, og det er kun hyggeligt, at man kan høre køerne, som befinder sig tæt på ejendommen. Vi besøgte den charmerende by Narni, hvor vi på Paolas anbefaling gik en flot tur ved floden. Vi drog desuden på udflugt til vandfaldene i Terni samt Orvieto, som virkelig er et besøg værd. Vi kommer meget gerne igen en anden gang! Tak for alt, Paola.

We could had not have been more happy staying at Giulia’s. Rosella and her husband greeted us kindly and gave us a wonderful welcome. We even were able to check in a little earlier than expected. The interior is very tasteful, the kitchen fully equipped to cook delicious meals to dine in the garden outside. We loved it all and had a great time exploring the area. We felt the corner lot situation with front and rear gardens, are ideal. We are very grateful for this very good experience and can highly recommend the house.

Apart from the stairs to trek the suitcases down. The accomodation was beautiful and clean and well presented. Absolute beautiful view from the balcony of Positano. Shared pool is of a great size and lots of beds for sun (although sun drops behind the hill in the afternoon) and also you’ll need to have a swim cap (which is provided). A couple of restaurants are within a 10 min walk otherwise a decent trek to the town. Down is 25 mins and relatively painless. Up is something needing a lot of commitment and not little kids! Overall we had an awesome stay and really enjoyed our time. A beautiful town. Just a little pricey all round.

Das Haus ist wunderschön und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Rosy und Desiré sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Es liegt direkt am Meer (Steinstrand) und hat einen sehr schönen, grossen und eingezäunten Garten mit Grill. Der Strand vor der Tür ist leer und das Dorf ist wenig touristisch, zumindest im April. Es gibt ein paar Läden und Restaurants sowie einen Bahnhof in fussläufiger Distanz (15 Minuten) am Strand entlang.

The most beautiful Italian Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. The renovation and furnishings are stunning, just like the photos. We felt very welcome in Parabita with the elderly locals who live next door chatting to us each day. The town is away from the tourist chaos so makes a perfect base to explore the nearby villages and beaches, but retreat back when you want. Thank you Letizia and Giorgia for a wonderful stay and for being great hosts.

We loved staying here! The setting is breathtaking and the place is beautiful. Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful! Waking up to the view of the vineyards was very special! We were comfortable and relaxed in this spacious accommodation.

Absolutely loved staying at the artist house! So many of our friends that were also in Dubrovnik were so jealous when we showed them photos. It was perfect for my family of 5… we all had our own space and it made our time there so awesome. I was sad to leave! Dorinda is very kind, helpful, and a beautiful host! Our stay at Alberto's apartment was fantastic! The view over historic Rome is absolutely breathtaking, and you can't beat the location - less than 200 meters from the Colosseum! We could easily walk from the train station, which made arrival very convenient. The apartment itself is immaculately clean and stylishly decorated. There are a few steps to navigate at the main entrance, but after that, there's lift access to the apartment. The bed was very comfortable, which we appreciated after long days of sightseeing. Alberto was an excellent host - responsive and helpful. He met us upon arrival and lives nearby, so we felt well-supported throughout our stay. I highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to experience Rome from an ideal central location!

The apartment was very clean, and we felt incredibly comfortable during our stay. The location was both safe and conveniently close (just a 10-15 minute walk) to all the major tourist attractions. The surrounding food options were also fantastic! Noelle was a wonderful host, always friendly and even offering to arrange an airport drop-off for us. This was especially helpful, as my flight was at 6 am.

Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen, direkt vor den Toren der Stadt. Uns haben die Einrichtung und der minimalistische Stil der Wohnung sehr gefallen. Trotz der zentrumsnahen Lage war es im Schlafzimmer angenehm ruhig. Die Kommunikation mit den Hosts war unkompliziert. Geniesst unbedingt einen Kaffee am Morgen auf dem Balkon - herrliche Stimmung!

We stayed for 3 weeks and it felt like home. The apartment was well stocked with everything we needed. Kitchen had everything for cooking our own meals with produce from local markets. We loved the location. Quiet and away from the crowds but near metro and busses. Alessandra greeted us and gave us a full orientation. She was responsive when we had questions. The whole experience was wonderful. It felt like the was air bnb should work.

This is a great home base in a perfect neighbourhood. There are so many amenities within the area. Everything was very comfortable in the unit and the host was kind, friendly and quite helpful.

Great flat and the host Chiara was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is not in the city center but we enjoyed the neighborhood as there are a lot of bars and cafes. The only negative aspect was the shower because it was either burning hot or freezing cold. Nevertheless a 5/5 flat which I would always book again.
