Our stay was great. The home was cozy and peaceful. It felt calm and serene, simple but had everything we needed. Perfect location for driving distance for things we needed to do. Rafael was above and beyond with communication. He responded promptly with every question I had and he was super cool about everything. His home had a loving satisfying feel to it and it made you feel so relaxed, as if you were in your own home. I'm definitely staying there again when I can get back to Atlanta.

Overall, a really good experience. My family loved this house and left wishing it was ours. The place was easy to find and the communication from the owner was excellent. Flexible check-in/check-out without any issues. The house is simply gorgeous, with 3 bedroom and plenty of space and beds to accommodate even up to 10 people (with some creativity). There are games and other entertainment available. There is central A/C which keeps the house very cool. There is a patio out back with BBQ equipment and a huge backyard. The balcony in the upstairs bedroom is amazing, as is the master bedroom and the huge bathroom. The beds are all comfortable. The kitchen is fabulous and has multiple coffee machines and everything else you would ever need. Parking is not an issue and there are restaurants and supermarkets minutes away via car. If you can afford the price tag, you will simply love this house.

My initial inquiry with Jade was about proximity to the conference we were attending. From maps it seemed that we would be in very close walking distance. Better than that, we were a couple of blocks uphill from the conference. There is a Trader Joe’s across Peachtree and an Aldi’s down the street. But best of all! I texted Jade the first night of our stay inquiring about a wine bottle opener. He told us where to find it in the wet bar. It wasn’t there. I told him no worries we would buy one next day. Instead, he brought one, sat it outside the garage door, took a picture of the package, and sent it to me via the Airbnb app! We laughed so hard that he had gone out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. This was a great stay for us. All our needs were met. Oh, and transportation from the airport via Marta was efficient and inexpensive. We paid $2.50 each way. There was some walking involved with luggage, but we were capable of that. Thanks, Jade! Would stay here again!

We have stayed at quite a few places but this by far is our favorite! We will be staying here anytime we come to town and it's available. It's beautiful, the decor is amazing and the patio outside is so peaceful! The tenant who shares the house is the sweetest and was very accommodating to our needs! I highly recommend this place and cannot wait to return ❤️

Crystal was beyond sweet to us, and incredibly attentive. She helped us in a type of desperation and we absolutely adore her for it. Not only that but the place was actually bigger in person and sooo clean and smelled great. Decor is amazing and we felt right at home. I will definitely be going back in the future

the pictures didnt do this home justice. over and over we caught ourselves saying we could see ourselves living in that home. it was our kind of style. peaceful, relaxing, comfy, cozy, and everything we wanted. the movie selection made me realize we would have gotten along so well with the hosts. the coffee bar had so many wonderful options. ive already looked to aee if this house was available for our return trip, and sadly it is not. but we will be saving it to favorites and checking to see if it is available first for any of our trips back to visit family. thank you so much for sharing your home with us! we loved it there.

Everything was immaculate and we had a wonderful stay. The only negative we could come up with was the hot water was less than desired.

Jonathan’s place is convenient, functional and well-stocked. I was recovering from surgery while I was there, and the first floor location and comfortable furnishings were just what I needed. Jonathan replied quickly to any questions. Would stay there again (although, next time preferably without the surgery!)

We were in Atlanta for only a couple of nights for a concert. We absolutely loved our stay! I’ve stayed in lots of airbnbs but my husband is usually hard to please — but even he thoroughly enjoyed the place. We had everything we needed. Jennifer was extremely responsive. It was quiet, very comfortable bed, a full kitchen in this tiny home, plenty of nice towels for the shower, and coffee pods for the keurig. We were super close to everything we wanted to do! My husband mainly wanted to check out some local vinyl record stores and we were within an 8 minute drive to a lot of those! I would 100% stay here again when we come back to Atlanta. One of the best experiences I’ve had!

Allen place was a great place to stay , convenient to the airport and shopping centers, the house was very clean and smelled really good ,the pool was closed due to the rain but we’ll be back, thanks again Allen for the hospitality , great host.

This was a beautiful home and Dale was an excellent host. We appreciated how clean everything was, and how well the home matched the description. The back yard is a wonderful addition to the home and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the pool and hot tub with all the gorgeous flowers. The neighborhood is walkable and peaceful. We are highly pleased with our stay!

The apartment looks just like the photos. Easy parking, comfy king bed, very clean, very fast Wifi, easy to work from home. It was situated perfectly between downtown and suburbs; which is exactly what we were looking for during our short stay.

Robert was a great host. Very clean home. Quiet neighborhood. The location was perfect and Robert was available to answer any questions.

Great place, perfect location, within minutes from the airport and GICC, which is what my family was looking for… All of our family and friends that visited with us to celebrate my daughter’s graduation, shared how much they liked the location and the house! Sitting out on the balconies was the highlight for me! I would definitely recommend this home for all your needs… it’s 20-30 minutes from all areas surrounding Atlanta. It’s peaceful and away from the city if that’s what your looking for! We would book again!

I had the most amazing time in her place, I mentioned I was only booking because I didn’t want my best friend birthday lunch to be rained out that I originally planned for at the park, just us & her two girls. She went above & beyond & decorated ahead of my arrival, she was extremely transparent, quick to respond, always so kindly & so accommodating. We decided to enjoy the entire time of our stay. She is minutes away from all the wonderful shopping & restaurants, & is in a beautiful & quiet neighborhood. I was so nervous this was my first booking with airbnb but because of my experience with her it won’t be my last. She had a bday sash, cute crowns & fun light up shades in addition to the happy birthdays she hung up my best friend almost cried walking in. She is the most considerate accommodating host more than a hotel would even be, super clean space, plenty of extra bedding, towels, cleaning supplies. I look forward to booking with her again in the future truly 5 Star experience!!!

Crystal's place was perfect for our little getaway, looking for peace and easy days. The place was spotless, very clean, and exactly as the pictures. Very well decorated and welcoming. Perfect quiet nights to rest and beautiful mornings. Crystal was very responsive and proactive with everything we needed and more. Such a well appointed and decorated home and such a wonderful host! If your travel plans include a stop in Peach Tree City, you must consider a stay here. Perfectly located in the heart of PTC with super easy access to the extensive golf cart/walking trails. Cassandra was such a kind and attentive host. We felt right at home and check in/check out was a breeze. We will definitely book here again!
