We truly enjoyed the facility. It was set up very nicely and well equipped.

Great space. So peaceful on the river. We saw dolphins, otters and so many wading birds. Gorgeous sunsets. Screened porch was fantastic for breakfast and evenings. Pool wasn’t useable for our stay but the landscaping was really pretty.

We really enjoyed our stay! The home and surrounding area were both beautiful. Loved having a peaceful, private place and still being just a quick drive to so many places. Would recommend staying here if you are visiting anywhere in the area!

We had such a great week! The weather was perfect and it was literally beautiful the whole time. We enjoyed all the “toys”. We also rented a boat for the first time ever! We rented a tube with it too so the kids thoroughly enjoyed that. The water was not crowded either, which was nice, since we went during the week. We felt right at home! We had everything we needed. Chris is a wonderful host! Highly recommend this property!

Sometimes, when you read reviews trying to get an honest feel about the product you're interested in you think to yourself "Self, this is too good to be true." And we wondered the same when reading so many amazing reviews for Russ & Rhonda's place, but thought let's just give it a try. And we're really glad we did. The reviews and info that Russ provides couldn't be more spot on. The house is adorable, the décor is perfect. There are some really cool things here. There are definitely special little touches that really stand out. That screened in patio, the view, the dock, the wildlife, truly beautiful and serene. We wanted a place where we could unplug and unwind while celebrating our 15 year anniversary and we got it. And it's just far/close enough away from the city, but all is easily accessible! We definitely didn't stay long enough and are already planning to return with family. Thank you, R&R, for your kindness, generosity, and thoughtfulness. We look forward to our next visit.

I had an amazing stay at the lake house. Thomas was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making me feel right at home. The place was spotless and beautifully decorated, and I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like the welcome basket and the well-stocked kitchen. The location was also perfect, with easy access to Georgia College for my son’s graduation. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and would love to stay here again on my next visit.

A great space to relax! Thoughtful and well-apportioned house. Modern appliances, nice aesthetic. Can tell Nick put a lot of time into creating it. Felt like a vacation house (in the best way). Had everything we needed and more. Great for couples seeking some time away from the hustle-bustle. Equally good for a small family gathering. The porch is amazing, the views spectacular. Would definitely return!

Gina goes above and beyond to make her guests feel welcome. it is the small touches that she does such as leaving snacks and food for her guests. She is very responsive to questions and always checks in to make sure her guest s are doing okay. we will always try to book this location when we are in the area.

My initial inquiry with Jade was about proximity to the conference we were attending. From maps it seemed that we would be in very close walking distance. Better than that, we were a couple of blocks uphill from the conference. There is a Trader Joe’s across Peachtree and an Aldi’s down the street. But best of all! I texted Jade the first night of our stay inquiring about a wine bottle opener. He told us where to find it in the wet bar. It wasn’t there. I told him no worries we would buy one next day. Instead, he brought one, sat it outside the garage door, took a picture of the package, and sent it to me via the Airbnb app! We laughed so hard that he had gone out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. This was a great stay for us. All our needs were met. Oh, and transportation from the airport via Marta was efficient and inexpensive. We paid $2.50 each way. There was some walking involved with luggage, but we were capable of that. Thanks, Jade! Would stay here again!

We were in Atlanta for only a couple of nights for a concert. We absolutely loved our stay! I’ve stayed in lots of airbnbs but my husband is usually hard to please — but even he thoroughly enjoyed the place. We had everything we needed. Jennifer was extremely responsive. It was quiet, very comfortable bed, a full kitchen in this tiny home, plenty of nice towels for the shower, and coffee pods for the keurig. We were super close to everything we wanted to do! My husband mainly wanted to check out some local vinyl record stores and we were within an 8 minute drive to a lot of those! I would 100% stay here again when we come back to Atlanta. One of the best experiences I’ve had!

This was our 2nd stay and it was even better the 2nd time. Pool is amazing, lots to do in the basement. Our grandkids enjoyed the watch tower, the pool, and all of the fun things to do in the basement. Lots of variety for the different ages. Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. Plenty of room for everyone. Enjoyed grilling out. You never have to leave the house as it has everything you need. We chose to go into town for dinner at The Roof and it was great food with great view of the mountains. We look forward to returning next year!

This place is phenomenal! Even with bad weather there were a ton of games and enough space to be warm and cozy. We have so much fun inside and out. North Georgia has beautiful places to visit and, if you like stones and crystals, fun places to do simple mining. The house is wonderful, very clean, well equipped, just bring your food. Corey, the host, is great communicator and always responds my messages quick. This was our 2nd time and we are planing the return.

Tree Oasis!! Bird Dog Lodge is perfect for a getaway. Very clean and great when traveling with pets. Bobby is super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend a stay here! We’ll definitely be back!

After local weather ruined our Spring Break plans, we made a last minute pivot to this cabin and couldn't have been happier with the decision. The location was perfect for a relaxing weekend. The majority of our time was spent next to the river or on the porch soaking in the view. The layout was great for our two families giving everyone plenty of room. The cabin was well furnished and had everything needed to cook several meals. Overall I would absolutely recommend.

What a sweet AirBnb right on the Cooswattee River. Rachel our hostess was just awesome. Proactively making sure, if we were doing good. Loved the log cabin feel. Super clean rooms. Since we were only 2 people, we never used the upstairs. What I also loved was each room had extra electrical extensions which I never experienced in other Airbnb. The owners had kayaks & tubes for us to use but out of the 3 nights, we had only 1 afternoon of sun. It was crazy rain for the rest of the days but we loved the way the river raged. Loved the hot tub. Best of all we heard and saw nature from the bathtub. Deers, geese & ducklings walk past the windows & hot tubs. We also saw groundhogs to & from the cabin. To hear the peace, quietness of nature is irreplaceable. We are grateful to our host for allowing us to stay. We will be visiting many more times. Thank you!

My husband and I had a relaxing time at 81 Pines. It was very quite and peaceful, a perfect place to unwind. The cabin was very clean and has everything you could need. If we're ever in the area again we will defiantly stay here again.

We loved this little cabin so much. I am not exagerating when I say we honestly did not want to go back to our real home. Lol. We want to go back! There is so much more to do in the area that we did not get to do. The whole family enjoyed everything the cabin and location offered. Thank you!

The cabin was very cozy!! It had everything we needed. Plenty of sitting space inside and out, kitchen had all the utensils we needed for cooking, lots of extra towels, blankets and pillows. Location is very convenient - 15 minutes between Ellijay and Blue Ridge. The cabin is up a mountain and it’s steep but paved and my Honda Accord did fine on the drive (I’m always worried not having an AWD in the mountains). I would definitely stay here again.

We loved this lakeside cabin. Both the cabin and exterior were very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The screened outdoor patio was great for meals. We really enjoyed the kayaks and hot tub, as well. There is a short walk to a beautiful waterfall. Access to the cabin was easy. Sarah, our host, is an excellent communicator. We had an amazing stay! The place was quiet, private, and beautifully designed—just what we needed to relax. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we loved the hot tub and sauna. Michael was a fantastic host—very responsive and thoughtful. We appreciated the little extras like wine and face masks. We’d love to come back. Thank you for everything!

This cabin was absolutely wonderful. My husband and I, plus our 2 pups, stayed here for our honeymoon. We had a relaxing week enjoying the hot tub and various balconies! Our pups loved having the zoomies and looking for deer in the backyard. We highly recommend the 4-hour Blue Ride Scenic Railway tour, The Black Sheep, Mountain Mama’s, and The Copper Fox! We will definitely be back! :)

The cabin was BEAUTIFUL! Both my kids loved the cows and chickens. Our dogs had a blast in the big grass yard. The home was clean and very well done! Will recommend to everyone!

Very lovely log cabin, though fully furnished and decorated to fit the style. Everything one might need was there. Great forest location, isolated, private and full of nature. The landscaping was wonderful. If you need a peaceful time in nature to ease the stress of life these days, this property fits the bill!
