Was designed as a crash pad for anyone in town for work, a flight, or road trip. Inside is 4x8x5 mattress is twin. Sleeps 1 comfortably, possibly 2. Bathroom access is about 20ft away. Unit includes electric, AC, heat, TV, wifi, firestick, free parking, storage underneath. Close to a highway so there are waves of passing cars.

Ryan was very friendly and responsive before and after check-in. The process was easy and very flexible for my schedule. The neighborhood and home was very peaceful which allowed the down time I needed to complete some tasks. I spoke with him about the a little noise on the first night and he was very apologetic which ensured a good night's rest for the duration of the my time there.

I enjoyed my stay, unfortunately I had to cancel early for external reasons. I believe I left something behind in my hasty leaving and once I canceled it was hard to get in touch to retrieve the item. Everything else was great!
