Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in South Cambridgeshire District

My family and I had a brilliant two weeks stay at Gareth and Adam's house in Hitchin. Gareth and Adam were both brilliant hosts who made us feel completely at home. They went above and beyond our expectations, which made the experience feel more like a five star hotel than an AirBnb. The house is well located, a couple of minutes walk from the train station. We really enjoyed spending the summer evenings in the garden. Highly recommend.

Lovely warm house, with easy instructions before arrival. There were three double bedrooms which were all comfortable. Large kitchen and the garden was enjoyed by the children. The house was great for the family and a short drive to city centre. We enjoyed the local parks. The shower was lovely! The bedroom TV did not work - not an issue for us but just for others who may have expected it. Just not tuned in.

We had a fantastic stay at Fiona's property over the Easter weekend and we have to say we could fault nothing. The space was airy, light and relaxing. The beds were so fresh and comfy. The rooms were spacious, well appointed and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well equiped and thoughtfully stocked. We all agreed that not being bombarded with a huge book of house rules and instructions on arrival was so refreshing. Having a leisurely check out time of 11am was really appreciated too. We all adored the house and the stunning garden and would love to return in the future Fiona ... if you'll have us that is 😀

We had a lovely one-night stay at this beautiful Victorian house on Lyndewode Road. The location is fantastic—quiet yet very central. The home is spacious, full of charm, and thoughtfully maintained, with elegant details that make it truly special. It’s equipped with superb appliances, and we especially appreciated the collection of books and classic and jazz music CDs—such a cozy, cultured touch. The host was also super helpful and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A truly memorable space—we only wish we could have stayed longer!

Lovely place to stay for our short break. Great outside courtyard garden. Also easy access to town centre , about a 10 minute walk.

Such a perfect place! Great hosts who are both friendly, knowledgeable, and super helpful. The welcome guest packet was absolutely perfect. It made my stay even better to have suggestions from locals right there to peruse rather than Google. Mark and Annabelle go above and beyond for you to make their home feel welcoming.

Beautiful setting, clean room - just what we needed for a brief stay during a wedding. Great communication and pretty setting, would recommend!

I had an amazing stay at Maxine's place. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. Location of the place is good, and communication with the host was smooth. Overall it was great!

This Airbnb was perfect for a few days when had a few things to do around London. It had parking outside for one car. It was private, cozy and warm. I would stay again

The stay was fantastic. We were able to use the flat as the perfect base. We were able to walk around and use the bus service, whilst all the time knowing that our car was safe in the barrier controlled car park at the flat. The flat itself had all the appliances and equipment to make the stay as comfortable as possible. If we are in the area we would certainly come back.

Amanda's accommodation was exactly as described. Clean & extremely comfortable. We found the flat very easily and all the amenities we close by and very well stocked. Amanda supplied a folder with lots of tips, how to operate appliances and it was extremely helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. We enjoyed our time in Cambrige and the Park & Ride was great. We will definitely pay Amanda another visit when we plan another up in the area. Wow! We had an incredible stay at Viv & Ian’s place. More spacious than expected, very generous supplies and more than you could need. We loved the helpful little notes everywhere :) The place is extremely clean, comfy bed, hot powerful shower and a beautiful garden (we were very lucky to have good weather to be able to use it). Lovely quiet area with Histon close by to walk to for some good food! We also walked into Cambridge along the guided bus way before picking up the river. We used the electric scooters to get back which was fun! Cannot recommend highly enough, thank you for a great stay.

I absolutely loved Felicity's apartment. The location is great - walkable to everywhere but still very peaceful. A wonderful outdoor terrace. Many personal touches to make us feel welcome. I would definitely stay there again.

Landbeach was amazing! The space felt so private and peaceful - perfect for a relaxing getaway. Everything was spotless and really well-kept, with lots of thoughtful touches throughout. The hosts were super friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Plus, it was really easy to get into Cambridge city centre, whether by bus or Uber. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area!

Absolutely would recommend this place. Extras in welcome package meant I did not have to shop immediately. Large shops nearby. Within walking distance to town centre. Beautiful scenery just outside flat. Always replied promptly to messages.
