We really enjoyed our stay. The flat was perfect for a family of four. The kitchen was well stocked, and the bathrooms and bedrooms were pristine and super comfortable. Joy was very responsive. The location was perfect for accessing Harlow Town Train Station and walkable to the town center.

Gorgeous view from the room, sun loungers and hot tub. Only couple for the majority of the time and was so peaceful.

Really excellent place. Well located, nicely decorated. Beds were comfy and we had everything we needed to cook with. The little desk was a lovely touch.

A lovely place to stay as ever, we have stayed here many times, conveniently placed for visiting friends and family and many other places of interest, lovely kitchen although you need to provide you own food this is perfect for those with restricted diets. Beautiful location too.

Loved the stay! Very central, Clean and super lovely vibe! I love noise but it is right on the city centre so maybe not for the super light sleepers but perfect for me! (Don’t worry it wasn’t super loud! The place was very modern but still comfortable. Really comfortable beds and great shower!

The stay was overall enjoyable. The Host was friendly and accommodating. Only “complaint” was that it was a little harder to reach the host than what we would have liked. But this was not an issue, just a minor inconvinience.

the apartment was clean and well laid out. Good value for money. if sleeping on the sofa bed, it can be noisy. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and the showers worked well.

A gem in Harlow and nice touches. Was worth the visit.

The property was even more spacious than suggested by the pictures. It was spotlessly clean and the furnishings were in great condition. Cloud 9 were friendly and helpful before, during and after our stay. The apartment felt part of a real residency but also secure with good amenities inside the building. There was adequate parking near by and inside a near car park. I would certainly consider coming back to this property when I return to Bedford.

Had a great stay at this apartment in Cambridge. The location is perfect - new building close to the station. The apartment had everything I needed, and the host was super responsive throughout. Highly recommend!

I was very pleased to find this accommodation after having tried others that wern't as described. Usman and his family are delightful people , very friendly and welcoming. I will stay there again.

A fabulous property that we used for a family weekend with our children and 6 grandchildren (aged 4months to 10years) . There was plenty of room for them to play inside and outside. The playroom was a great facility which meant that the adults could relax in the knowledge that the kids were occupied and in a safe space. The kitchen/diner had plenty of room for us all to eat together and the lounge was of a good size with more than adequate seating etc. As the property had been recently refurbished it was a spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms were of a good size and comfortable. We would recommend this property for family gatherings , particularly with young children.

Stayed at H’s warm & cozy cottage with my son (12), Mum, partner and Cockapoo in April 2025. This place really is a true hidden gem and a proper home from home. The grounds are absolutely stunning and a real credit to the owners. I loved walking round the gardens in the morning with the dog. Very flexible, friendly and responsive hosts! Nothing was too much trouble and the communication was excellent. The cottage is well equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay with family and/or friends. It is also situated in an excellent location for Thetford Forest / High Lodge, Ely, Cambridge etc. My son loved being able to use the tennis courts, we also made use of the board games and the cottage is welcoming for your furry friends so I would highly recommend. We will definitely be back in the future and I’m sure the swimming pool will be a very popular with future guests!! Adele and Tony were very hospitable and made sure our stay was comfortable. The house and the gardens are beautiful, spacious and well looked after. This house has all the amenities you could ask for and more. Tony made sure that he addressed any concerns we had very quickly and even though Adele was on holiday she made sure to communicate with us very efficiently. We enjoyed it so much we booked an extra night. Would definitely recommend staying here and will definitely be back.
