Private and characterful barn conversion

AnnabelleRating, 5 stars2 months ago
We had a very relaxing stay, whilst there was a variety of restaurants nearby and beautiful scenery we chose to stay in most of the time in the cosy loft. A great nook to binge movies and play games with friends by the fire. Lovely hosts and pictures provided of the propery are very accurate. 100% recommend for a chill weekend and 100% stay again.

3 Bedroom Barn Conversion Nr Stansted +hot tub

LianneRating, 5 stars2 months ago
We had the most magical stay at this stunning countryside home for a bachelorette celebration, hands down the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in! The house is beautifully designed, warm, and had everything we could’ve needed and more. Set in the most picturesque spot, with rolling field views full of yellow flowers, it truly felt like the ultimate countryside escape. The open-plan kitchen and living area was perfect for our intimate dinner party, spacious yet cosy, and ideal for gathering as a group. Each bedroom had its own charm and was so comfortable and inviting. Outside, the garden was just as beautiful, and the hot tub was a total highlight! The attention to detail throughout the property made it feel really special, and the overall experience felt both luxurious and homely. Communication with the host was seamless and so helpful from start to finish. We’re already dreaming about our return!

Brilliant location, homely feel and a host that couldn’t have provided for us. From a complimentary breakfast selection of pasty’s, eggs and cereals to a written booklet of places to eat / drink / party in the evening only in a less then 10 minute taxi drive away. Beautiful surrounding scenery with friendly local pubs… Can’t recommend enough.

Character cottage for 4 in pretty historic village

naomiRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
This lovely characterful barn conversion is the perfect tranquil countryside get away. Set in an attractive square of converted barns it’s a quiet retreat. The location is perfect within a 5-10 minute walk of 3 pubs, a butchers, bakery, small supermarket and chemist. The home has everything you need, I especially liked the main bedroom with a large very luxurious bed and super high beamed ceiling. Close to many amazing walks and historical sights within the village it’s the perfect relaxing escape. An added bonus is a lovely private vine covered patio perfect for a glass of wine at the end of the day. Any questions were answered swiftly by the friendly very accommodating host, I would definitely recommend this very comfortable stay.

Period barn, private heated swimming pool, hot tub

LucindaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
I stayed at this property for two nights with 3 friends for a commercial filming project for my beauty brand. The pool area is a fabulous filming spot, the pool is heated so can be used from morning to night. We made use of the tennis courts, which was great fun and we loved listening to the noises from the duck pond. The barn all amenities and lots of games available to play too when chilling late at night. Great all round fabulous stay.

Lovely 1 bedroom barn annexe in idyllic village

Liz And SteveRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The barn annexe was as described, very peaceful and had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. One day we were lucky enough with the weather to enjoy a bottle of wine in the garden. We ate at The King's Arms twice ... lovely friendly staff and great food (closed Mondays). Walkable. No kitchen facilities as per description but tea coffee milk provided. Best touring own pastries etc for breakfast. Lots to do in the area ... the reason for our stay was to visit Sandringham but we also walked at The Warren's, did a walk around King's Lynn including the old theatre in the guildhall, the customs house, the Quay and the walks (a park) For a wet morning we went to the majestic cinema built in the 1920s and watched a film. If you visit on a Tuesday or Wednesday the RAF Marham aviation heritage centre is brilliant...including a virtual reality mission over Berlin in 1939. Well worth the trip and we would definitely stay with Paul and Anne again if in the area. thank you both

My third stay in this beautiful barn and once again everything was perfect. The large totally secure garden space is such a bonus for the dogs. Jonathan always communicates promptly and is very helpful. I saw a little owl in the garden this time which was the icing on the cake. We had a wonderful stay at the Old Dairy to celebrate a special 40th birthday and it exceeded all our expectations. Miranda was a fantastic host, went above and beyond with local recommendations and clear instructions, and the flexible checkout was a much-appreciated bonus! The Old Dairy is a stunning property with lots of great touches and is finished to a high standard - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. We also very much enjoyed the daily visit from the 2 lovable labradors!
