My boys and I had a wonderful stay at Barley Cottage. Stephen and Philip are amazing hosts, super friendly, very knowledgeable of the area and great conversation. The cottage was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfy and the shower was great. Water Newton is an idyllic little village just a stones throw from Peterborough, but a world away! We loved every minute of our time there.

We booked three barns and the hut for 7 people. It was a work event for two nights and we were able to work outside, enjoy the bbq and enjoy cooking and playing games together. One of the best work trips we had. Thank you.

Stephen is amazing, personable, responsive, ready with helpful actionable suggestions if you need them . The place itself is on a beautiful , riverside property, with beautifully maintained garden, swimming pool. It is 10 minutes drive from Peterborough and 25 minutes form Stomford, and has many trails and walks around that you can explore.

This is a very beautiful part of a very special home with fabulous garden to gaze enviously at! Caroline is so friendly and provides extras for an easy stay -toiletries , provisions, flapjacks but a few . Very welcoming to us both and our dog Bentley who enjoyed his stay enormously - along with the two resident fogs Purdey and Bunty . We loved every minute - thank you Caroline and Andrew

Lovely stay at the Bull Pen. The accommodation is great and in beautiful surroundings. Well equipped rooms with fans in each room which helped with the recent hot weather! Uber is possible but we actually used Panther taxis which you can book through the Veezu app. Took us into central cambridge in 20 minutes. Sally is a great host and well recommended. Thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay in Woodditton. The house was beautiful spacious, quiet, and equipped with modern amenities, all set within lovely private grounds. We enjoyed walks along the nearby bridle path and ended each day with a delicious dinner at the local pub. It was a fantastic stay!

Gorgeous place. Home envy! We loved it. Can't fault it. Great location. Host great communicator when we had a question but gave us space and left us to get on with it in their absence. Self check-in and check-out suited us perfectly.

Jackie was a great host, very friendly and welcoming and even left flowers and wine for our arrival! The property was in a beautiful, quiet and secluded location next to the river Lark. The property was a perfect rural cosy hideaway! Abundance of wildlife, near the beautiful little city of Ely and Cambridge and close to the beautiful Wicken Fen . I highly recommend this stay and we look forward to returning x

Beautiful accommodation with stunning views into the field. We enjoyed watching deer, ducks, rabbits and birds. The outside bath is a lovely touch.

Emma was a lovely host and very welcoming, especially the welcome tray with everything we needed on it. Place was lovely, cosy and clean. Well equipped with everything needed. The bed was also super comfy! Definitely recommend to others looking to stay round the area

Wonderful place to stay, with beautiful peaceful views of the fields from your private patio/hot-tub . Host was lovely and very helpful/easy to get in contact with. The location is great for scenic walks, short drive from shopping hubs or to the beach. We loved are stay and would definitely recommend!

The Woodlands was cosy, warm and comfortable in a very peaceful location. It had everything needed and thus a very comfortable night's stay was had. I would highly recommend it.

Linda is a fabulous host - very helpful and kind. The location is lovely. There is everything you need - all mod cons. I felt very comfortable staying there and I highly recommend it, for either long or short-term stays.

Upon arrival Sally was there to greet us and give us a quick tour which was really helpful. The house itself is gorgeous - so spacious, perfect for a large group, and you want for nothing. The kitchen in particular is such an amazing socialising space - perfect for hosting! The Christmas decorations throughout were amazing and really made us feel at home and in the holiday spirit! All bedrooms were comfy, warm and spacious. We really enjoyed the pool table and darts. Everyone loved it! Location was so peaceful - countryside for miles but only a 10 min drive from Sandy station. Sally was super responsive throughout if we ever had any questions. And the cherry on top was the cuddliest cat Batman! We couldn’t have wished for a nicer place to spend Christmas with the family. Thank you Sally!

I really enjoyed my stay, location was peaceful and quiet but perfect to get into Cambridge city centre. The host was really helpful and friendly, the home had everything I needed and was really comfortable. Really easy to find and access with self-check in.

We were five cousins who meet up annually. This was the first time we had used an Airbnb and West Farm Cottage was an excellent choice. The house and gardens were stunning. It was very clean throughout with comfy and clean beds. The open plan kitchen had plenty of crockery and glasses. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful garden. Booking and check-in was quick and efficient. The two downstairs ensuite bedrooms are ideal for anyone with mobility issues. We did wonder if a grab rail perhaps in one of the showers might be a good idea? We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to family and friends. Many thanks David.

Perfect place for a peaceful, romantic getaway- exactly what we had in mind! The place is well maintained, elegantly decorated, had everything we needed for our stay. It is set up in a small village with a nice neighbourhood pub, also very close to Cambridge. The welcome cookies and the marshmallows were very thoughtful. Despite it was a bit chilly, we loved sitting in the patio; the binoculars and the telescope were great additions for bird watching or star gazing on a clear day. We travel quite a bit, hence have stayed in many air BnBs; but we must say- this is the BEST bed we have ever had! We would definitely love to come back again.

Your stay at Maggie's farm will likely be one of two experiences, either like visiting a well loved great Auntie you haven't seen in awhile but also enjoy your visits or simply a great stay at a fine BnB in a peaceful location in the Midlands. Unfortunately you can't "choose" which experience you will have as it seems to be predestined but either will be a joy if you've already clicked on the listing based on cover photo alone. Lend Maggie a hand and your efforts will be repaid twofold with interesting and thoughtful conversation and maybe some flapjacks. I already miss the place and look forward to returning in the future to give Tilly a scratch and catch up with "Auntie" Maggs. You'd be silly not to stay, just expect a strong honest old gal to meet you at the door.

We had a brilliant girls weekend away at Jeff and Debby’s beautiful farm location. Debby was very helpful, friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. The house was spotless, kitchen had everything you could have thought of and more, the beds were super comfy, showers fantastic, plenty of space for the 12 of us, beautiful modern decor, great hot tub facility and finally we felt like it was a home away from home. We had a flower arranging workshop in their craft barn which was the most perfect location for it. Thank you to Debby for suggesting the barn for us to use. Thank you Debby for the hamper package and beautiful cake you kindly put together for us. We also enjoyed the private tour around the farm. All 12 of us would like to return again as we had the best time. I would 100% recommend this accommodation!

This place was amazing, lovely couple, very friendly and welcoming. I was upgraded, as family were using my room, at no cost, which given the room size and beautiful 4 poster bed was great. Also a very nice welcome hamper which included a mini bottle red wine. Very comfortable bed, lovely cat and dog. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!!
