Lovely place to stay. The accommodation was spotless and it was nice to have the milk and water which was left waiting for us in the fridge. Also helpful were the kitchen essentials which included tea and coffee, and washing up liquid. There were also bathroom shower gels and shampoo :) You need a car to get to the shops but the location is not too remote as we were able to order a takeaway with uber eats. Nice base to visit Cambridge, Ely and St Ives. Definitely recommend.

We had a lovely long weekend at Anna’s Coach House celebrating my mum’s 60th with my family. There was something for everyone including our 3 toddlers. Grounds were beautiful & the house smelt lovely & clean. Anna was very responsive & helpful during the lead up to the stay as well as during our stay. The only slight negative myself and my guests had was that upon booking we had expectations that some things would be included in the price as it was shown in the photographs (hot tub, extra fire wood,electric charger for example) but these were all at an additional costs that we were unknown about when originally booking. There were a few logs but didn’t last more than half an evening. Apart from this everything was lovely & we would recommend Anna’s Coach House.

Cosy cottage, very homely and well equipped - Andy has thought of everything! We enjoyed a family go on the Wii doing Just Dance. Great fun! Liked the helpful little notes around the place, especially those for the bathroom heated towel rail. We enjoyed a lovely walk around Great Gransden & Little Gransden. Lots of thatched cottages and beautiful houses. A lovely peaceful location. Great for visiting our daughter at Uni in Cambridge.

This is the second time we have visited The Potting Shed and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Ann-Marie was great with communications, the accommodation was excellent. The location is quiet and peaceful and within walking distance of a local pub. There are numerous villages in the surrounding area and Cambridge is easily accessible. As we have family in Orwell, The Potting Shed is a great place to stay when visiting. We will certainly stay again in the future.

The most gorgeous house with great facilities. Such peaceful surroundings and felt very safe and secure. The host gave some many recommendations on activities and places to go that aren’t far from the area. Can be a little hard to find, however the host gave clear instructions. Couldn’t recommend more!

Had a fantastic weekend here celebrating for a hen weekend! The place was perfect to accommodate a large group, big enough for communal socialising but also enough private spaces. Cathy was fantastic at communicating and was happy to provide extras where needed. Brilliant location, stunning views and easy to get to Cambridge centre! Would definitely stay here again.

I am a returning guest for the best part of a year and a half. Every stay is as good as the last. Sharon is a wonderful host and nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommended 👍🏻

I recently had the pleasure of hosting a staycation at Ashmi’s delightful home in Royston, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with the warmest of welcomes and a beautifully presented basket of goodies. It was filled with delectable local treats, indulgent chocolates, and even a bottle of milk to have a cuppa at the start of our stay. Accompanying this was a thoughtfully compiled book of recommendations, brimming with insider tips on the best local spots to explore—from quaint tearooms to scenic country walks. The house itself was absolutely immaculate, with a spotless kitchen that was a joy to use, and spacious, beautifully designed living areas where we could all relax and unwind. Every nook of the home exuded charm and comfort, ensuring that everyone felt right at home. The highlight for us all was undoubtedly the jacuzzi, a luxurious retreat that provided hours of relaxation and laughter under the stars. It’s soothing warmth!

This house and location was perfect. It was an added surprise to arrive to fresh farm eggs and bread as well as a decorated Christmas tree. The hosts were extremely accommodating and just lovely people. We would highly recommend any of their properties if you’re looking in the area.

Caravan was clean and very cosy, and had everything you could possibly need! Was in a very quiet area but the directions took me straight there. Incredibly friendly hosts who replied instantly to my message when I had a minor problem. Even my dogs had a great time there and enjoyed meeting the sheep. Would definitely stay here again!

The Silos were amazing! The perfect peaceful getaway and so beautifully decorated. Georgiana and Simon are really great and responsive hosts, their guidebook recommendations were very helpful too. We will definitely be back to stay again!

This place is just stunning. Beautifully decorated and kitted out. Everything comfortable and homely. The hot tub was spotless and soooo lovely. Parking right outside your lodge. The setting is idyllic with the fishing lake just in front and it’s so very peaceful. You can feed the ducks as they come up to the lodges. There’s donkeys, geese, ducks, alpacas and peacock/hen. There even a games room on site with a snooker and pool table and dart board with lots of board games etc you can play. A lovely welcome package on arrival that included a bottle of Prosecco, bread, milk and biscuits. Really helpful guy on site that couldn’t do enough for us (think his name was David). Good comms with the owner Sharon. Would highly recommend.

Had a lovely Easter break the property has everything you could want in a lovely farm setting. So peaceful with lovely walk right on the grounds Lots of things to see and do only a small drive away.

Loved staying here. It was a beautiful place and perfect for our family of four. Even cooked Christmas dinner in the kitchen there.

Outstanding hosts. We were super happy to stay with them for a second time! The welcome basket was a really thoughtful gesture and the extra touches like robes and slippers were very helpful.

Beautiful house in the Cambridgeshire countryside. The dining and living rooms are spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook for large parties. The bedrooms are quiet and extremely clean. Most of all, we enjoyed the outdoor space. The house boasts a large lawn, perfect for games. We also made use of the BBQ and outdoor seating. Anthony was a great host - responsive and accommodating. Would 100% recommend this listing to those looking for a countryside retreat!

Lauren and Julie are very friendly hosts. They responded quickly and made sure that you have everything you need in the cottage. Our son was also very happy with the cereals and biscuits, thank you for that. The cottage is attached to the main house, but is still very private. The bus stop to take the bus to Cambridge is nearby and a trip to London is also easily made via the train station. It is nice to be able to relax in such a quiet place afterwards. Thank you, we had wonderful days!

Thank you for a lovely stay! It was the perfect house for a girly weekend away, and as a group of 7 it was the perfect size. Beds were comfy and there was everything there that we could have needed. The very well stocked kitchen was amazing and we made the most of the sunny weather by opening up the doors! Thank you, we’d love to come back!

Beautiful location. As described. Quiet and peaceful, clean and well maintained. A lovely relaxing long weekend, really nice pubs in the vicinity but you need a car to access. Quick response from Leaine when needed. Would definitely return. We had a great time.

Beautiful house in a great location. Within walking distance of Whittlesey town centre and a short drive to Peterborough. House is fully equipped clean warm and cosy. The walled garden was especially good as we had taken our dogs so knew they were safe. Looking forward to staying there again.

Mark was amazing. The place was amazing, very spacious and exactly what we needed. We only had one night in the annex but I wish we had more time off work for more. Mark was so friendly and provided a safe and comfortable home from home for the night to celebrate my best friends birthday ☺️

Lizzie was very responsive and informative, including preheating the hot tub for us! The location is great, beautiful and peaceful. By far the most private space despite having neighbouring cabins you were nicely spread out and private. Plenty of amenities included, especially in the garden area. Lovely homely vibe inside, everything you need! We couldn’t work the WiFi to the bedroom tele but managed to hotspot from our phone. We also arrived late and heated the hot tub too hot to use :( this was very much an us problem as the hot tub had plenty of info/ faq’s but we didn’t have time to let it cool between the hot tub use hours. Would come again, delightful place :) thanks for having us! ☺️
