Vacation rentals with a fireplace in South Austin

I can honestly say that we have never been this pleased at any place! The house is beautiful, cozy, and looks just like the pictures. There’s a huge backyard and literally everything to make it feel like home. They provided a lot of the little things you may normally forget, and were super quick about responding to our questions. I am extremely picky about cleanliness but this place exceeded my expectations!! We couldn’t have picked a better place to spend our weekend and are looking forward to visiting again! This is a nice space with great access to trails and also a terrific taco place across the street. The dryer and top-loading washer were really nice and seemed brand new. I personally prefer a top-loading washer in an Airbnb since cleanliness on a front-loading gasket can be hit or miss. Carlton was very responsive and friendly. All instructions were clearly delineated.

Absolutely loved my time at this home. In a busy place like Austin, it was perfect! Very quiet and safe. The backyard was beautiful, and I loved being able to travel with my dog! I needed a quiet place to study for a big licensing exam I was taking and this was it! I loved being able to park inside the garage and enter the home that way — that specifically felt very safe. I enjoyed the bedrooms — the mattresses and pillows were firmer than I’m used to but still very comfortable. Everything was so clean. I actually have never been as pleased by a location as I was with this one! It perfectly matched the descriptions and the pictures. I was easily able to order groceries and food to be delivered. Traffic was minimal, and it was easy to navigate to! I will be back.

I will definitely be staying at this house next time I come to Austin. The house was specious, clean and comfortable.

This house was perfect for a staycation. Tray was super responsive when I had questions. The yoga studio was a huge bonus for us. Will be looking to stay again in the future.

AMAZING AIR BNB!! My husband and I have stayed at a handful of air bnbs in Austin and this one if our favorite. Great location, private, comfortable bed, amazing bathrooms. The plus was the fancy massage chair! You won’t regret booking here!

Absolute a gem of a home! Very comfortable, extremely well decorated with charm, pool was beautiful and well maintained, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything one could hope for! Zuzu was always quick to respond and so kind. I can’t wait to stay here again!

I had a delightful stay at Luis’s place in Austin. What I liked the most was how minimalist the apartment felt, while at the same time very cozy and stocked with most of what I needed — an in-unit washer and dryer, for example, and a steam iron! I liked how clear Luis’s self-checking in instructions, which included pictures, were. Moreover the apartment was in a serene location conveniently located close to most places we wanted to check out. Luis and Rick were very responsive, kind, and generous when we had queries or when we made requests for items to make our stay more comfortable. I highly recommend staying at Luis’s place while you’re in Austin!

Susie and Andrew were wonderful hosts! They were quick to respond and very kind. The place is cute and right next to campus. Lots of places you could walk to nearby!

Beautiful, quiet location within minutes of Wimberley. The apartment was comfortable and private. We appreciated Terry checking in on us shortly after we arrived and giving us local recommendations. A book with instructions and local information is also available.

The place was clean and had everything we needed for a 4 night stay! Plenty of parking spaces which was perfect for a car rental around Austin. Our beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. Thank you!

We loved our stay in Austin! Our host, Joey, was wonderful and extremely accommodating! The apartment is clean, very pretty, and has lots of natural light (the pictures on the website are very accurate). The location is great, with restaurants/bars (Stubb's is right next door and the BBQ was delicious!) and a coffee shop (Jo's) nearby within walking distance. There are hills in the area if anyone has walking restrictions. Uber was easy for groceries, Austin City Live at the Moody Center, and all the fun area sites, restaurants, and bars. so happy I found this place it was absolutely perfect Autumn was super sweet and nice with responses. the perfect little place for quietness and peace. perfect spot for being in Austin but not in the business of Austin but close enough to Uber places and what not.

Great stay: clean home with new appliances and a thoughtful host We stayed at this apartment as a family and had a really pleasant experience. The place was very clean and felt recently renovated - everything looked fresh and well taken care of. The appliances and furniture were new and in great condition, and the space had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We also really appreciated how responsive and attentive the host was. When we noticed a few small items missing, they made sure we received them within 30 minutes. It was clear that the host genuinely cares about their guests and wants them to feel at home. The check-in process was smooth, communication was excellent, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. We’d gladly stay again and I definitely recommend this place to others!

We enjoyed this Airbnb so much, we will be back. It was a beautiful view, it rained one of the days we stayed and even still the view from the balcony and living room area was amazing. Thank you guys for hosting and doing a wonderful job at it!

My friends and I had a great time in the Villa!

Our party of nine enjoyed a great extended weekend stay at this property while in Austin for my daughter’s college graduation. The place was spotless and the scenery was beautiful. The location is a perfect combination of peaceful and accessible to everything we needed. Also, the downstairs primary bedroom and bath perfectly accommodated one of our older guests who requires a wheelchair, while the three upstairs bedrooms and sofa sleeper were just right for our large party. We will definitely stay here again and were sad to leave. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay at 7744 Ranch. I had never been inside of a luxury RV/mobile estate before, but we found it to be comfortable and convenient. They are 2 story and have a stove, microwave, sink, restroom, shower and several TVs all in-house. Outside, the hot tub and cowboy pool were very relaxing! We enjoyed cooking steaks on the grill and pizza in the outdoor oven. Our favorite part was the nighttime walk along the lit path down to the koi fish area. We had a fun time!

Wendy's home was absolutely beautiful. The backyard area was our favorite. We loved having coffee on the back porch in the morning. In the evenings the yard games and plunge pool ended a perfect day. The location is great. River access was challenging for some of the smaller kids but we planned accordingly and made sure we had everything we needed so we only had to come back up the stairs once a day. Overall I highly recommend.

Travis was an exceptional host. He was quick to communicate if anything was needed and offered multiple amenities. The space itself is very private, great for photos especially around the lake, it's just you and nature. If the weather wasn't so cold we definitely would've hit the water. Hadn't ever heard of spicewood before, but would come again! Thank you again Travis!

We had a great stay. The house was exactly as described—clean, cute, and super comfortable, with everything we needed. What really stood out, though, was the communication—friendly, helpful, and responsive, which is surprisingly rare these days. Huge thank you to the hosts for making everything so easy.
