Brett’s place was ideal! The perfect place to hang out, relax, work from, and go out into Austin when needed. I travel a lot and this home was one of the best in terms of comfort, location and price. Everything is up to date and makes you feel at home vs a cookie cutter rental. Will be coming back soon.

We had a lovely, quiet stay. Everything was very clean, nicely decorated, and seemed new. Chelle anticipated most of our needs and was very responsive to things we asked for. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was really lovely. It's in a nice, quiet neighborhood, and the unit is above a garage, so there was no noise from anything. People should be aware that the staircase up to the unit is somewhat steep. It is a small space good for 2 people. Austin is a great city with lots to do, and we enjoyed our time there.

This charming apartment is beautifully and functionally furnished and is a wonderful respite while visiting Austin and taking in all the amazing sights, sounds, and tastes of Texas! The living, dining, and kitchen area make a cozy space to hang out, eat and watch TV. The bathroom, bedroom and closet/dressing area are comfortable, quiet, and great for a good night’s sleep. The apartment is in a quaint neighborhood with good parking and very close to everything that brings people to this wonderful city. We plan on staying again on future visits and would not hesitate to recommend this property! Thank you Sonia.

A beautiful and cozy place to stay. The apartment is in perfect condition and looked even better in real life than in the pictures. Great location, with all spots within SoCo just a 5-8 minute drive away, and it never took more than 15 minutes to get anywhere in Austin. Cleanliness was five-star. Michael was an awesome host. Very responsive leading up to our stay and throughout. The house was perfect for our bachelorette group of 12. The rooms were spacious and allowed us to comfortably set up a rollaway and bed cushions. Extra bonus - we found some little Bach decorations and colorful cowboy hats from previous parties. It was a fun surprise!

We were looking for a place to relax away from our routines and closer to downtown for my husband's birthday and Dylan's place was it. We are grateful for Dylan letting us stay at the home. it's located in a calm, safe, quiet neighborhood, couple minutes drive to Zilker park. You get to share a wall with a neighbor but still have so much quiet and privacy. The home was very very clean, beautifully decorated, functional and very peaceful. Check in and out was clear and simple. We locked ourselves out mistakenly but Dylan was able to help us get back in seamlessly. We slept well, definitely enjoyed the hot tub and played mini golf. We loved our staycation and we would definitely come back again!

Really cute place and exactly as described. The location was super convenient — close to restaurants, shops, and everything we needed. Check-in was easy, and the instructions were clear and straightforward. It was a comfortable stay, and we’d definitely consider coming back!

Leah & Dans listing was more than what I asked for. Very ducked off & clean. Everything matched the pictures & literally had everything we needed.

Had an amazing stay with 2 dogs. Apartment was clean and had plenty of blankets and towels for us. Had dish and laundry soap available. This a second story unit and you need to go up stairs to get to it. plenty of parking. There is a shared patch of grass that is not fenced for dogs to do their business close by which was great. If you are traveling with pets the neighborhood is walkable with lots of shade and it felt very safe. Good location for our visit close to good restaurants and things to do. We will Definitely return again

We had a wonderful stay at Cannon’s place. The location is fantastic with easy and quick access to Barton Springs pool and trails. The studio has all the necessary amenities, is quiet and secure , and has a convenient local store next door. Perfect for a long weekend. Would book again.

good place close to downtown

Really great place! Not sure I ever figured out the proper way to get to the room but I always found it somehow. Was clean, well equipped and in a great location. Would stay again for sure.

We had a great stay! Jess and Kevin were easy to reach, and it was a seamless checkin/ out. Only thing I would note is to bring a noisemaker if you’re sensitive to sound since it’s a ground floor unit, since there was someone on the floor above. Loved the location, and Jess and Kevin were great!
