Overall good stay! It is directly in their backyard which is clear to see by the photos but I didn’t expect small children to be playing/swimming but it wasn’t a deal breaker. Overall 4/5 ⭐️! peaceful surrounding, pool was nice, house was clean.

We had a great stay with our 2 toddlers. The sofa bed was awesome to prevent them from falling and they loved camping out in the living room. It had all we needed for a little get a way with them.

Kim’s place was very tidy, quiet, and convenient. As a host she was very communicative and provided thorough instructions for everything. Definitely an ideal place to stay as a solo traveler or a couple. 5/5 would recommend.

Valentina was an excellent host! I would occasionally meet her working in the garden on my way out in the morning and we would have a lovely conversation about our days, but also about our lives. She also always made sure that there were no issues with the place. The surrounding area in Barton Springs was also very inviting for long walks, especially during sunset.

Cozy stay in a great location. Minutes away from plenty of establishments. Host was very friendly and welcoming, felt right at home.

Kate and Courtney were fantastic hosts, always responsive and helpful. We appreciated the attention to detail and the generous touches - coffee, tea and snacks. Even though this is a small space it is well designed and thoughtfully arranged making it feel cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed the privacy and tranquility of the property.

It was such a cute find! So pleased to have stayed at this location. Everything was clean and in great condition. If this place is available, book it!! Friendly reminder: to enter and leave, you must be able to climb a spiral staircase.

Jim and Den were great host. We loved their place. Was absolutely perfect for what we needed. Close to many resturants and to Lake Travis. We enjoyed so much we have already re- booked another trip.

This was perfect for a short weekend trip, it had everything we needed and was fairly close to downtown! We loved the bathroom- large, great towels & great water pressure in the shower. Jennifer was also very proactive in all instructions and information. No issues, we recommend!

Martin was a terrific host! The guest house was very comfortable, super clean, and well stocked with everything we needed. Great location as well - easy to UT area, downtown, and east side happenings.

A comfy, spacious retreat from the busy city. The jetted bath tub and double shower were luxuries. The kitchen area is nice, but very basic for food prep and cooking. The program availability on tv is better than most places we have stayed. There is almost a treehouse feel from inside with the mature oaks outside the windows. Happy tree frogs sing lullabies all night. There is some sound from other occupants elsewhere in the building, but we had plenty of privacy without any real noise bothers. Be prepared to climb stairs and be greeted by curious kitties.

Katrina’s place was in a great neighborhood, close to everything but quiet and walkable. The apartment is very nicely done, extra linens, kitchen had everything we needed. The deck for morning tea and coffee was perfect.

Sandra was an amazing host—kind, compassionate, and incredibly understanding. I had a stressful moment when I accidentally locked myself out with my dogs inside. I couldn’t access the Airbnb app because my phone was also inside. Sandra didn’t hesitate to offer support once she learned what happened. She even changed the lock settings to help future guests avoid the same issue. Her thoughtful and prompt responses meant the world to me. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, but what truly made the experience memorable was the human connection and Sandra’s genuine concern for my well-being. If you’re looking for a place where the host truly cares and will go above and beyond to ensure you’re taken care of, this is it. Thank you again, Sandra, for being so thoughtful and proactive. This is such a great place. It was comfortable and quiet and perfectly located for me. I stayed on my own, but it would have been great for a couple. All the instructions and communications were great and I felt very welcomed!

I had a wonderful stay at this charming little cowboy-themed studio in the heart of the Bouldin neighborhood. I booked the space unexpectedly due to the citywide power outages, and it was such a comforting and welcoming spot during a stressful time. The location is unbeatable—quiet, walkable, and full of character and lush trees. Billy was incredibly kind and accommodating, which is always appreciated but doubly so under the circumstances. He went above and beyond. He also has two friendly and enthusiastic boxers who were a sweet bonus! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a unique, cozy, and well-located spot in Austin. We ordered in bahn mi from Elizabeth Street Cafe and made cappuccinos with the Nespresso machine. Shower water pressure was excellent and water was hot. Delightful! Even cuter than the photos. Thanks Billy! We’ll be back!

Margaret is a caring, thoughtful person! She offered regular but unobtrusive checks on us and our needs. There was a strong rainstorm during our stay and we were away from our accommodations. She texted to make sure we were ok. Her house was well stocked with everything that eased our stay - coffee and pastries to start our day and iron, ironing board, and spray starch(!) which helped our clothes that had wrinkled in our suitcases. There were too many thoughtful touches to mention all, but anyone can be assured of a peaceful, wonderful, and well-appointed stay at Margaret's Abnb! Given the opportunity/need, we would return!

I've stayed at a handful of AirBNBs and I've never had a friendlier host. Mari & Danny we're so nice and probably a huge part as to why people come back gear after year. Would recommend to anyone visiting Austin.

Great place to stay. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. AC blows and stays cold. H-E-B and other great stores are within a 10 min drive.

This was such a cute place! It literally was stocked with everything you could think of. I stayed here for a month and was able to live as normally as possible for a digital nomad. Also had fast internet which was another plus. The neighbors were super sweet and I always had positive interactions with them. Very dog friendly. Within a 10 minute drive to restaurants, grocery, and more. Just be mindful of parking between 7a-3p M-F. With the school and construction across the street, it was hard to find a spot if I left during these times. Would love to stay here again!
