Spectacular duplex penthouse with views of the valley

Come enjoy and relax in my cozy duplex penthouse overlooking Vielha and its spectacular mountains. It is located 8 minutes from Vielha on foot and 2 minutes by car. The penthouse does not have parking, although it is easy to park for free in the surrounding area. The apartment is very bright, has two bedrooms with a full bathroom each, an equipped kitchen, a dining room with a sofa bed and a wood-burning fireplace. It is a very quiet area, as the house only consists of two floors. It has Wi-Fi.

Located outside a small, quiet hamlet (altitude 800 metres) at the end of a winding road, the south-facing barn enjoys panoramic views of the mountains, and is surrounded by fields and woods - with no vis-à-vis! Entirely renovated using ecological materials, the gîte retains all the charm and authenticity of a Pyrenean dwelling, but with all the comfort of a purpose-built gite. The barn caters to everybody – couples, solos, families with children, and walkers with their four-legged friends.

The cottage we offer is renovated with eco-friendly materials. It has exceptional views of the mountains! All electric comforts, Wi-Fi, TV, fireplace, Plancha, Ideal for GR10 hiking departures, lakes, waterfalls, ski resort, mountain biking, equestrian center, kayaking, relaxation and wellness treatments on site. Nordic walking, by appointment according to availability, I will put you in touch with a state-certified guide. PS. No towels.

Mountain cottage, panoramic view

Located at the top of the mountain pass in Ariége, at the start of many hikes and close to many family activities, this ideally located character cottage will allow you to stay in an idyllic and quiet setting. The Auberge de la Sapinière, located nearby, can accommodate you by reservation. Ideal accommodation for 4 people! You can of course be 6 max thanks to the sofa bed in the living room but of course the comfort will be less.

Charming Mountain Barn and its Adventures

Furnished Renovated Barn (110 m²) in an intimate setting, 800 m above sea level in the Ariégeoises Pyrenees Regional Natural Park, located 3 km above the village of Lacourt. Open year-round, overnight, weekends, weekdays. La Grange (very comfortable), located at the start of hiking trails is close to all amenities. It offers panoramic views of the Pyrenees mountain range. Ideal setting for nature lovers!

Gîte Col d'Ayens

Un très beau gîte de charme, rénover avec beaucoup de cœur et de goût. Le gite est a 12 minutes de St Girons et ses magasins situé sur le bord d'un hameau rural le Cap d erp , avec vues fabuleux sur les forêts vierges, la vallée, les collines et montagnes. Avec le Col d'Ayens a 2km a pieds ou 3km en voiture c'est un point de départ de rêve des randonneurs, traileurs et cyclistes VTT.

IMPORTANT: Be sure to contact me before making or confirming a reservation. Regarding access, the house is at the end of a 7 km track. The first 5 km are suitable for vehicles, and the last 2 km are not suitable for vehicles. So you'll have to walk the last 2 km, about 40 minutes. Guests can park their car safely in a clearing.
