Permanent 50 m2 yurt + mezzanine, 35 m2 south-facing terrace. Shower room, toilet, equipped kitchen, 2*90 bed on mezzanine, 140*190 sofa bed on ground floor, programmable pellet stove. In the village of Niaux at the foot of the eponymous prehistoric cave. 1700 m2 of land, river access, hiking trails. Restaurant 100 m away, Tarascon 3 km away with all amenities. Val de Sos offers an ideal setting to discover the Pyrenees on foot, by bike, mountain bike, canyoning, rafting or by car for the less athletic!

Entirely renovated using ecological materials, the gîte retains all the charm and authenticity of a Pyrenean dwelling, but with all the comfort of a purpose-built gite. The barn caters to everybody – couples, solos, families with children, and walkers with their four-legged friends.

The cottage we offer is renovated with eco-friendly materials. It has exceptional views of the mountains! All electric comforts, Wi-Fi, TV, fireplace, Plancha, Ideal for GR10 hiking departures, lakes, waterfalls, ski resort, mountain biking, equestrian center, kayaking, relaxation and wellness treatments on site. Located at the top of the mountain pass in Ariége, at the start of many hikes and close to many family activities, this ideally located character cottage will allow you to stay in an idyllic and quiet setting. The Auberge de la Sapinière, located nearby, can accommodate you by reservation. Ideal accommodation for 4 people! You can of course be 6 max thanks to the sofa bed in the living room but of course the comfort will be less.

Charming Mountain Barn and its Adventures

Furnished Renovated Barn (110 m²) in an intimate setting, 800 m above sea level in the Ariégeoises Pyrenees Regional Natural Park, located 3 km above the village of Lacourt. Open year-round, overnight, weekends, weekdays. La Grange (very comfortable), located at the start of hiking trails is close to all amenities. It offers panoramic views of the Pyrenees mountain range. Ideal setting for nature lovers!

"Los de qui cau" gite + private HOT TUB

"Los de qui cau" is located in a small hamlet in the heart of the Ariège forest, in Barguillère at an altitude of 900 m. It's a stone house dating back to 1899. It has just been completely renovated. Recently, we have installed an outdoor spa under cover facing the forest. It operates all year round (a deposit of €50 is required) Attention for small children ( pool, miller's ladder, jacuzzi)

Gîte Col d'Ayens

Un très beau gîte de charme, rénover avec beaucoup de cœur et de goût. Le gite est a 12 minutes de St Girons et ses magasins situé sur le bord d'un hameau rural le Cap d erp , avec vues fabuleux sur les forêts vierges, la vallée, les collines et montagnes. Avec le Col d'Ayens a 2km a pieds ou 3km en voiture c'est un point de départ de rêve des randonneurs, traileurs et cyclistes VTT.
