Studio of 19m² located on the garden level of a private villa. It has its own independent entrance, a private terrace facing south, and access to the heated swimming pool from May 1st to September 15th. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, a convertible bed (160x200) with a slatted base; a 17 cm mattress, and a bathroom with a shower, bathtub, electric towel dryer, and toilet. A path will lead you through the dune directly to the ocean in 2 minutes. The city center is a 7-minute walk away.

Our duplex apartment, completely renovated with care in 2023, can accommodate all members of your family. Located in the heart of Soulac, you can do anything on foot in less than 5 minutes. You will enjoy the beach just 100 m away. The duplex, quiet, is composed on the ground floor of a kitchen-SAM open to the living room, a cellar/laundry room and a toilet. Upstairs you will find a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, two bedrooms with 140 cm beds, a toilet and a shower room.
