Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Soulac-sur-Mer

Superb week in the beautiful pink house, sunny and enclosed garden. 5 min walk to the center of La Tremblade. 20 min drive to tourist sites (zoo, Mornac-sur-Seudre, Coudre Lighthouse, Île d'Oléron…) Very nice ping pong table for the whole family. We will come back without hesitation!

We had a lovely stay at this place. The house is pleasant and is in a very good location with the beach a 10-minute walk away. My daughter was delighted with the children's space with the teepee upstairs. Fanny is a responsive and accommodating host. Recommended.

We enjoyed our stay in the gite. The decor and furnishings are as described by Lindsay. The rooms are very nice and lovingly furnished and decorated. The quiet location of the property is incredible. You will only hear crickets chirping and chickens cackling. Our children particularly liked that the chickens visited us regularly in the garden at the property. If you are looking for peace and relaxation is just right here. The hosts are friendly, open and helpful. They are very committed to the well-being of their guests and are always responsive.

Thierry is a GREAT one! My family and I had a peaceful stay at this beautiful high-tech house! The instructions are clear, which made it easy for us to access. We had a flexible check-in, accommodating owner. The Normand bath was exquisite, the house very clean and well equipped. Quiet stay that did a lot of good to break the daily routine. Atypical and very cocooning accommodation shared with my son. We enjoyed the jacuzzi by following the usage information provided, which is nice when you don't know. A guide to visiting Bordeaux was available, and allowed us to visit 2 neighborhoods we wanted to see. We had the company of a little dog who invited himself during the preparation of the meal. The subdivision is really quiet and peaceful. And the sun brought an extra positive note. Thank you for this beautiful service.

We had a great time at this rental, very well located in Royan: beaches, shops and city center within 15 minutes' walk, so we didn't use our vehicle during our stay. The rental was IMPECCABLE, very comfortable bedding, the interior whose decoration was very cozy and pleasantly decorated, was also impeccable and well-equipped, we did not lack anything. Our host Suzanne was very friendly and welcoming. Thank you Suzanne for hosting us, we recommend your rental!

Visiting this immaculately beautiful + spacious farm house themed apartment was the highlight of our trip. Fanny & Paul have considered of every detail for a comfortable stay and are such gracious hosts. Bourg is a very quiet village and allowed us to relax & soak in the peaceful atmosphere. We will be returning! 5stars for sure for surroundings + value of the price!

WOW!! Just returned from a week at James & Eileen’s villa in Bourg to celebrate our parents 50th wedding anniversary . There were 14 of us- 9 adults, 2 teenagers and 3 children. All info provided prior to arrival by the hosts and the house mgt team (James, Lisa and Joe) was 5*! The check in/out & on hand support during our stay was absolutely flawless . This villa is stunning - more impressive than the photos! Bourg is a beautiful rural village and the villa was extremely spacious - perfect for family gatherings, beautifully decorated and felt sumptuous. Ambiance laid on for ourarrival& amenities for guests are unlike other private villas on offer for a party of our size .Felt immediately like a home from home.Pool was immaculate, all bedrooms beautifully furnished and living/lounge/cooking areas were of such a high standard. Villa in a superb location for exploring the vineyards. Recommend renting bikes to explore, enjoy BBQs at the villa, markets&citadel in Blaye. BOOK

Beautiful villa, very successful decoration!

Lovely period house the gardens, pool and gym were ideal for us as we were an a family holiday and ages ranged from 9 months old to 70's. You definately need a car though even for going into Saintes as we found that public transport and taxis aren't available in the evenings
