Well located and charming accommodation, in a typical neighborhood close to the ocean where the must-see corners of Royan can be visited on foot. In the evening, the nights are quiet and the mattress is comfortable. Thanks to Hugo for his responsiveness and kindness. We'll be back!

Great stay as a family in Philippe and his wife's apartment. The apartment is beautifully decorated, with three spacious bedrooms and a pleasant exterior, ideal for enjoying the sun. It is very well located, everything is on foot. Warm and friendly welcome. Thank you for this stay!

What a beautiful home and a fabulous pool , many an evening was spent around it , we were totally relaxed after our stay and would highly recommend Our hosts were really accommodating and vet helpful and at the end of a message and were quick to respond . The area was lovely with fields around and easy to travel to different locations A fabulous family holiday was had by us all

Very nice accommodation, as described and even beyond our expectations regarding the garden which is huge, very well appointed and perfectly maintained. The indoor pool was appreciated in view of the mixed weather. We had a great weekend with friends! I would recommend it in a second.

We were two families with 5 children in total and had a great time at Stéphane's! The place is ideal, very well located, a short walk to the beach. The kids had a great time and so did the adults! We stayed 3 days and 4 nights, and it was a very enjoyable weekend. Isabelle is really a lovely host and her home is just beautiful. The description was perfect and the tranquility of the Charente countryside was ideal for a relaxing, rejuvenating weekend. The Nordic bath and brazier were really the cherry on top. very nice stay at Corine's. Fanny on site is very responsive and makes efforts to improve the stay. The accommodation is perfectly equipped. The terrace is nice, the modern kitchen is very well equipped. Look carefully because there is everything. a welcome booklet is very useful with tips on where to go. Quiet place. Charming and well decorated accommodation. Independent of the owners who live next door. Everything you need for a very pleasant stay in the Medoc. However, it was not hot enough in April to take advantage of the pool reserved for the listing. Easy and free parking ( and a charging station for EV owners at 80m) We would highly recommend it.

Céline is a very pleasant and available host. the accommodation is functional, very well arranged and tastefully decorated. the big plus, a large private terrace with good exposure. the apartment matches the photos 100%, even better I would say... it also has a very relaxing and friendly common area! i would recommend this listing and place. thank you for your welcome.

Very warm, clean and functional accommodation, with a sea view and a large sunny terrace, it is very well located (2 steps from the beach and a few minutes' walk from the city center) and the residence is quiet. Antoine is very responsive and caring, you can feel that he really cares about the well-being of his tenants. ✨ I recommend ☀️🌊

Mylène and Laurent were lovely from the time of our booking, very flexible and available. The accommodation perfectly matched our expectations and we were even pleasantly surprised by all the equipment there was in the accommodation. We had a great time in Emmanuelle's studio which is very well equipped and extremely well located (shops and beach within walking distance ). The environment is peaceful and very quiet while being close to lots of entertainment. Very nice hostess, perfect communication. Thank you Emmanuelle!
