Great location, lovely place to stay and away from the very busy parts of Venice yet easy to get to the centre!

It so fun to stay on the canals. This was such a perfect place to stay and visit Venice.

It is our second stay and we even enjoyed it more than the first time. Is a well-equipped flat, very quiet and the host is very friendly and responsive. The location is ideal: walking distance to the vaporeto, the beach, nice restaurants just downstairs, supermarket and other shops at the same street. The perfect place to enjoy all culture in Venice (a short vaporeto trip and we are in Piazza San Marco, Giudecca, Accademia, …) and all islands around.

Paolo and Frederica were extremely helpful. Upon arrival Frederica greeted us at the train station. She assisted us with purchasing our vaporetto passes and explained the transportation system to us. They answered all our questions including where to find grocery stores so we could prepare our meals at the Airbnb. The Airbnb is spacious, comfortable and very well stocked making any guest’s stay comfortable. We cooked several meals during our stay and enjoyed them on the lovely terrace. The apartment is steps away from the Palanca vaporetto stop and it takes less than 15 minutes on the 4.1 line to get to San Marco Square. The hosts accommodated late checkout and Paolo graciously accompanied us to the vaporetto where he assisted us with transferring our luggage onto the water bus. Thank you Paolo and Fredrica for making our stay a memorable one!

Paolo is the best host one can imagine, responsive, helpful and attentive. The appartment is ideal for small company like 3 persons, beautiful surrounding, convenient transfer to Venice and sea right in front of the window. Will definitely come back and highly recommended.

Sonia is a very welcoming host and especially very responsive as soon as we have questions. His apartment is in a very good location in a quiet area of Venice. We enjoyed the cleanliness and the kitchen was very well-equipped. It's very nice to have the essentials on our late arrival before we could do some shopping. Thank you very much Sonia.

Awesome place to stay! Great restaurants and grocery store at a walkable distance! Cristina was very communicative, and made sure we were very well taken care of!

Nikos was very helpful and quick to respond. We had a minor issue with the WiFi and he had it fixed right away.

Fra's home is so beautiful, even better than in puctures, and located perfectly in a quiet corner, yet within short walking distance to so many things. The balcony overlooking the canal is unbeatable, we had the fortune of lovely weather and had breakfast there in the mornings. Fra and her mother Marina were very helpful and responsive, the directions to find the place were easy to follow, we were very happy with our stay (and now dreaming of one day having a home at least remotely like that :)).

Fantastic stay in Venice! The location was perfect—just a 5-minute walk to the vaporetto station, making it super easy to explore the city. Venice itself isn't very big, so everything was within a short distance. The accommodation was comfortable, and the host was welcoming. Highly recommend!

Isabella’s place in Venice is outstanding. Right at Campo Santo Stefano, the location cannot be more practical, but also quaint. Three minute walk to S.Samuele Vaporetto stop that will connect to and from train and airport, and close to great restaurants and museums (Academia). The place is appointed with everything one might need for a stay, the art and the furniture are elegantly selected. My husband and I just loved it. We communicated with Valentina who was super helpful and kind. We would love to return.

We had such a peaceful few days to explore the city, relax and get into a Venetian pace. Everything went smooth, the hosting was so friendly and helpful. Really a wonderful stay. Thank you!

Williams place was amazing - beautiful, really stunning! Completely updated, but holds an old world charm. Comfortable. Great location on the canal. Quiet. Easy to locate off water taxi station. William and his wife are warm and friendly. Respond quickly to questions. Flexible. His apartment is located close to main attractions and everything was very walkable. Venice is a unique and amazing city! Would highly recommend staying here! And we hope to return ourselves for another stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this facility! The house was impeccable, clean and well cared for in every detail. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful, making the whole stay even more enjoyable. The extra services offered were a real plus that enriched our experience. It would have been nice to have the outdoor pool too, but unfortunately, the summer period started a little late, so the pool was not yet available in March. In addition, a few steps from the house there is a super organized wine bar, with a wide choice of cocktails and excellent dishes. We highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for relaxation away from the hustle and bustle.
