Cinzia is extremely helpful and punctual both in her responses and at the check-in appointment. Super recommended location and landlord.

This apartment was perfect…comfortable, clean, and lots of extra amenities like an extra bathroom, dishwasher and washer and dryer. There were extra towels (new and good quality) and pillows. The host left snacks and Prosecco. She was very communicative, and even met us near the ferry and helped carry our luggage. She was very kind and helpful.-giving suggestions for what to do and where to eat. We loved coming back to this place to relax after a long day of walking and sightseeing in Venice. It made the experience even better. Thank you Donatella.

My friend and I loved the place. Spacious and quiet, well appointed, lovely view. In nice neighborhood very close to Bienale and touristy areas but peaceful and local.

The apartment of Davide and Silvia is close to Via Garibaldi and the Giardini Biennale. It has something typical Venetian, with parks, small cafes and restaurants. In addition, you are in no time at St. Mark's Square. Especially in the evening you can walk there. The apartment is very well equipped and well maintained. We felt very comfortable there.

Elena's apartment is very well designed. Nothing is missing for a pleasant stay (very well-equipped kitchen, basic ingredients, umbrellas and sun hats to deal with all situations!). The decor is elegant (we really enjoyed the reproductions of paintings), guides and books are available. We're a long way from impersonal. We chose this neighborhood (West Dorsoduro) that we didn't know yet. We loved it! The calm, the authenticity, the small cafes and restaurants, the proximity of the Zattere which allows you to move around easily everywhere, the proximity also of Piazzale Roma (10 min) which avoids carrying suitcases through the city. Elena is extremely responsive and accommodating. Thanks to her.

We enjoyed a lot our stay in Venice, the apartment location is amazing, right in one of the best streets and 2 min walk from San Marcos. It is magical to stay in that location. The apartment has exactly what you need. I would love to come back!

Maria was fantastic with communication—very proactive and helpful throughout our stay. She gave us great local recommendations and even assisted with transportation. The view from the Airbnb was stunning, and the space itself was beautiful and well-maintained. Her son personally welcomed us during check-in and was incredibly kind. The only minor downside was that we weren’t allowed to use the AC, as it’s not considered summer yet in Italy. Coming from Seattle, it felt warm to us. Maria suggested opening the windows, but it was a bit noisy outside, so we ended up keeping them closed. Still, overall, it was a lovely stay!

Great place to stay while enjoying beautiful Venice.

Perfect location - on a quiet and pretty canal but so close to all the sights of Venice, and a Conad supermarket on the Zattere. Easy route to and from the airport as well. Apartment was very spacious, clean, warm, comfortable and well equipped. Isabella was quick to respond to messages and always helpful e.g. recommending restaurants, allowing us to leave our luggage on our last day. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this apartment and would definitely stay there again.

We were very pleased. Great communication, the location was fantastic and Federica left delicious snacks in the closet so you have something to eat right away. We will be back.

Great apartment in a very convenient location. Lots of nice cafes, restaurants, bar and shops nearby. Not too busy or noisy either. Only a 3 minute walk away from a vaporetto stop or walkable to a lot of the main attractions. Cosy space and had everything we needed. Thank you Alberto!

Bruno’s flat is immediately comfortable but exotic at the same time. It really feels like our home away from home in Venice! The location is perfect, quiet but close to everything we love. And Bruno is charming and very helpful. We are so happy that he shared his home with us.

Loved the location. Easy access to and from the water taxi which was great! It is 4 flights of stairs though and we had a lot of luggage but we mad it work. Very nice and clean. Enjoyed our stay!

Very nice place, very clean, very good bedding and above all very quiet. Real happiness! Paolo welcomed us, provided us with umbrellas on a day of heavy rain, very welcoming and available host while remaining discreet. We had a really nice week. Isabella was wonderful with helping us locate the apartment, and very flexible with check in times. Which was great, as we were travelling with a 4 year old The apartment was lovely, very clean, and she had left us a few breakfast items, which was really helpful.

Great location is convenient and near popular tourist spots. The room was as pictured. Laundry was helpful. The bed was comfortable. The host (Marcelo’s son, Roberto, ) was very friendly and informative. Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Angela’s place. The apartment is in a lovely, friendly neighbourhood, close to bars and cafés, and within walking distance of transport connections. We could not have been in a better location. The apartment is comfortable, with a good bed, great bathroom and well equipped kitchen. Angela gave us a warm welcome and all communications were smooth. The house was spacious and full of character with amazing views across to Venice city and close to restaurants and boat services. There was a lovely charming garden we only wished we had more time to enjoy. Paolo and Nadia were extremely responsive hosts. We’ll most definitely be back.

Beautiful apartment, spacious and classic. Large windows, comfortable sitting area, very cosy and we felt right at home. My favourite antique style furniture, equipped kitchen and lovely dining area. Location is perfect, near the beach, and all the restaurants and shop you need is just a few minutes walk. Nicoletta was very kind to wait for our check it extra hours as we were late due to airport delay. She gave us all necessary information and was very quick to help when needed. Will definitely be back soon. Highly recommended for these who want to see Venice but hate the crowd in summer.

This was an amazing place to stay during our two week trip to Venice. It’s in a really great neighborhood with lots of places to eat, a bakery and a great coffee shop close by. Marco was very attentive, if I reached out with a question he answered within moments. He met us at the boat dock, and guided us to the apartment and explained the amenities. The appliances and the beds and everything was excellent. We would love to stay here again next time we come to Venice. you do have to navigate three flights of stairs, I am 70 years old, and did so easily, but one must know about this. But once up the stairs you’re in a light filled environment that is super quiet at night. It’s great.

I cant explain how amazing it was. I was very impressed with the room and how clean evertything was! The pool and sauna are worth every penny, it was very relaxing! The host is kind, very responsive and helpfull. I enjoyed every minute and i I recommend it to anyone coming to this part of Italy!
