Pietro’s home was perfect for our family of 5 adults who wanted to day trip into Venice. The home is in a quiet village and it was an easy bus ride to and from Venice for the day. The convenience store across the street sold us the tickets and the bus stop was a short walk. The home is in a very small village, with two restaurants that were closed on Sunday and Monday. We had a car so were able to drive to nearby Mestra for a wonderful dinner one night, and ordered takeout pizza in Mira the next night. This is a wonderful home for a group of adults who need separate bedrooms and common living space to gather, and a great quiet location for day-tripping to Venice.

This house in Lido was perfect to cap off our family trip in Italy. We were 9 in the group and there was ample space for all of us. The location was a short water bus ride to the tourist attractions we wanted to visit. And, at the end of our activity filled days, it was great to come back to Lido where it was quiet and homey. Giovanni is a wonderful host. He was attentive to our needs and questions. He even had a welcome basket for us! We highly recommend Giovanni’s place!

Michele was a wonderful host! He communicated with us early and often. He was very respectful of our time and space, plus had great recommendations for local restaurants and day trips. I would definitely stay here again or at any location hosted by his family.

This house and the location were even better than expected. The view of Venice from the balcony is truly breathtaking. We wanted to never leave - the house was extremely clean and we really enjoyed the sauna and steam. The walk to the water taxi was only 10 minutes away and flat - easy to get to Venice in just a few minutes. We would love to come back some day and Barbara and Fabio were very easy to stay in touch with and helped us get a water taxi from the train station to the house so we could conveniently arrive with our group of 7 and luggage. Thank you so much!

The place is a gem. A real Venetian villa with history and charm. - For the price, this villa is a bargain. The hostess friendly and very nice. The location is excellent and no longer beating at Lido If you book the villa, you should be aware that the furniture and the decoration is partly very high quality. (Beware of children is appropriate). In total, the villa conveys an overall experience that you rarely find it!

We loved our stay at Alessandro's beautiful home in Lido de Venezia! A beautiful Italian Christmas! Sometimes a little annoyed by the lack of buses during the holidays, but we walked... Nothing is really very far on the Lido. Close to the sea and the beach, very quiet area, large house and very suitable for a family get-together, we had a great time. Alessandro was there to welcome us when the Alilaguna arrived, at night and in the rain, and made several trips to bring us home, there were 9 of us... He even helped us order our pizzas for this late arrival. 😁 And this despite a family concern on his side. Thanks again Alessandro👍🏻. A stay we will keep a wonderful memory of... 💓

We're glad we stayed with Carla and Danièle. The neighborhood is beautiful, Lido island close to everything: Venice center in 15/20 minutes, beach and shops nearby, very convenient buses to get around and bikes available, calm to change a little from the crowded moments in some neighborhoods of Venice, the kindness and availability of the hosts to inform us, and nice surprise when arriving in this comfortable house where we have an apartment upstairs with lagoon views: a fruit basket on the table and a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge! We'll have great memories...

Alessio is a very friendly and helpful host - The place was exactly as described and is almost idyllic with a small canal right outside the door. Close and within walking distance to the station for the vaporettos over to Venice. The recommendation for restaurants on the Lido is also great. Everything about this Airbnb was perfect. The place was clean and comfortable. The location was also good, quite, you can go everywhere where from the bus stop located in 20-30 minutes. The hosts were wonderful; they were responsive and very helpful. Would definitely return and highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

The stay in Ca’ Friselle has been magnificent. The room is beautiful, bright and comfortable; the garden and common spaces accessible and well cared for. Alessio is charming and helped us with everything, we were able to leave our bags on the last day and gave us a lot of useful information. We loved the area, very quiet and beautiful, next to a canal. Thank you experience!!!

Everything was great, including the polite and friendly guests in the neighboring rooms. An excellent option for those who want to get to know Venice, but would not like to be constantly surrounded by tourists. Nice, quiet apartment that matches the description. Various, good shopping as well as butchers, restaurants and hairdressers right around the corner. Beach within walking distance (public and beach rental), short way to the ferry, about 15 minutes to Venice (St. Mark's Square). Nice, quiet environment, nice neighbors and residents; for younger people there are good offers in the evening in the area where you can have a drink. In the garden you can make yourself comfortable, against mosquitoes it is recommended to use the smoke coils and anti-mosquito spray. The apartment is equipped with everything you could need for a vacation. Very pleasant check-in and the apartment is well prepared, so you can start your vacation directly.

We had a great stay. The decor is very loving with a great mix of old and new. The huge, fully sewn-in garden was wonderful for dog and keeper. Very clean and great amenities also as far as the kitchen or bathrooms are concerned. We will be happy to come back.

Our first visit to Venice and also last stop of a 10-days Italy trip, and I’m glad I chose to stay in Lido instead of busy central Venice. Lido island is quiet with lovely beaches, and walkable or you can catch the bus easily. Venice is 35 minutes away on a water bus and 1hr to Burano. The villa is impeccable - right on the waterfront with beautiful views of Venice at a distance and other surrounding islands. A perfect spot to enjoy the sunset on a clear day with a glass of Prosecco (offered by the host). Cleanliness, interior decorations, the sauna, washer and dryer…. All 5 💫 ⭐️ We are grateful for Fabio and Barbara’s warm and welcoming hospitality. We’d definitely come back.

Our family vacation at the villa was just amazing. The location was perfect, walking distance to the beach. The shopping nearby was excellent, so we could get everything you need quickly and comfortably. The villa is beautifully decorated and the room layout was perfect for 12 people. The garden and terrace of the villa were also generously designed and offered plenty of space for the children to play and for us adults to relax.
