The apartment was everything we hoped it would be, and it certainly lived up to the great reviews we had seen online prior to our visit. Loredona was a very helpful host. Apartment was very clean and spacious. Quiet building with a grocery right around the corner.

Paolo and Frederica were extremely helpful. Upon arrival Frederica greeted us at the train station. She assisted us with purchasing our vaporetto passes and explained the transportation system to us. They answered all our questions including where to find grocery stores so we could prepare our meals at the Airbnb. The Airbnb is spacious, comfortable and very well stocked making any guest’s stay comfortable. We cooked several meals during our stay and enjoyed them on the lovely terrace. The apartment is steps away from the Palanca vaporetto stop and it takes less than 15 minutes on the 4.1 line to get to San Marco Square. The hosts accommodated late checkout and Paolo graciously accompanied us to the vaporetto where he assisted us with transferring our luggage onto the water bus. Thank you Paolo and Fredrica for making our stay a memorable one!

We had a great stay at this property and were extremely happy working with Marta. She was very responsive, always reachable, and a pleasure to communicate with throughout our trip. The apartment was clean and well-maintained and included all the amenities listed. The location was fantastic — close to the Rialto Bridge, railway station, grocery store, ATM, bakery, restaurants, and many popular attractions, most of which were within walking distance. We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area and would stay here again in the future!

We had a lovely stay at Gianni’s place! Location was excellent and down a quiet alley.

Totally recommendable for up to 6 people. Most clear host's instructions. Great, walkable area and transport communications. Very easy to find, great transport connections and many restaurants around. Place as described and clean. We had all necessary amenities and services. Just be ready for mosquitos (which can appear despite windows closed) and early morning rubbish disposal (which can be a hurdle on the day of leaving but also if you enjoy long sleep).

Excellent Hosts! Lovely property and amazing location. Suitable for families and secure free car park is cherry on top! Fuel/Supermarket and Restaurants are very close by! Venice airport is 25 mins drive.

We stayed here for a weekend. We were picked up at the boat station and accompanied to the property. Everything is very clean and well heated. At checkout, we were kindly able to leave the luggage in the accommodation a little longer (until noon). Baba recommended good restaurants to us right away. Very friendly landlords, everything perfect. Highly recommend.

A lovely apartment in a quiet and excellent location for exploring the biennial and the city. Marika and Alan were attentive and helpful hosts, and we were extremely comfortable there! Highly recommended.

Even BIGGER & BETTER than the photos.. This place feels like a giant art gallery, decorated so beautifully with an unforgettable view. I felt very safe, warm & comfortable here. This is the place you must book if you want authentic charm & to feel like a royal princess. Pedro was extremely helpful & clear with instructions & directions to the place, then I was greeted by Caterina upon arrival. She was also kind enough to take me to a gorgeous local bar on the canal for a drink, then proceeded to show me around Venice a little more & gave me lots of tips as well as places to go. Everything is walkable, the area feels safe even at night. Pack light as there are lots of stairs! Not just at the air BnB but all over Venice in general. There is so much to do close by, with great options for coffee, treats, shopping & food - I really enjoyed my stay, I wish it could’ve been longer than 2 nights but I will absolutely be back for much longer next time. Wonderful location in Cannareggio, directly on a canal. Everything you need is within easy walking distance. Do buy a vaporetto pass for your stay. We tried one of the host/suggested restaurants and it was wonderful! We went several times to Vino Vera for Cichhetti, and it was wonderful. Aside from being in a place which in and of itself is art, head to the Peggy Guggenheim collection for an enthralling experience with Dali, Jackson Pollock, Picasso, Magritte, Klee and many other mind boggingly beautiful paintings. We had an absolutely wonderful time at Ca’ Camello in Venezia! Prego!

Fantastic stay in Venice! The location was perfect—just a 5-minute walk to the vaporetto station, making it super easy to explore the city. Venice itself isn't very big, so everything was within a short distance. The accommodation was comfortable, and the host was welcoming. Highly recommend!

Isabella’s place in Venice is outstanding. Right at Campo Santo Stefano, the location cannot be more practical, but also quaint. Three minute walk to S.Samuele Vaporetto stop that will connect to and from train and airport, and close to great restaurants and museums (Academia). The place is appointed with everything one might need for a stay, the art and the furniture are elegantly selected. My husband and I just loved it. We communicated with Valentina who was super helpful and kind. We would love to return.

We had a fantastic stay at this facility! The house was impeccable, clean and well cared for in every detail. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful, making the whole stay even more enjoyable. The extra services offered were a real plus that enriched our experience. It would have been nice to have the outdoor pool too, but unfortunately, the summer period started a little late, so the pool was not yet available in March. In addition, a few steps from the house there is a super organized wine bar, with a wide choice of cocktails and excellent dishes. We highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for relaxation away from the hustle and bustle.
