Very clean house, large warm and with all the comforts. Living quiet comfortable beds feel right in Venice park nearby bar on the corner of the house Piazza San Marco 15 minutes or by vaporetto. I recommend walking five minutes away from Coop for soft sandwiches and more on the same street there are several pubs and clubs. It is a solution for families but also for couples and to visit all of Venice Nicolò as oste is very helpful and I highly recommend to everyone if you come to Venice calculated that you have to walk. I highly recommend.

We were very satisfied. The house has absolutely all the amenities you can imagine. The spacious pergola right next to the house was great in one word! The only thing missing to perfection was the pool. Katia responded immediately to every message we had, and she resolved each issue right away (nothing critical). The beach can be reached comfortably in 10-15 minutes. We also often used local public transportation (tourist train), which is free of charge. There were few foreigners on the island, we didn't come across Czechs. Most of the cast is made up of Italians, who are incredibly kind and welcoming. We had free access to the aquapark thanks to "golden cards" and we only paid for sun loungers. I definitely recommend staying with Katie and Albarella Island overall, and maybe we'll come back someday. Just be sure to bring repellent, there are a lot of mosquitoes for dinner. We had a fantastic time, thank you! The location is perfect, in a quiet area around the corner from Giardini. The supermarket is 5 minutes away and the vaporetto stop is conveniently located at a few steps from the house. The flat is spotless and we immediately felt at home. It has everything you need, from perfect air conditioning to efficient wi-fi (I worked and had Zoom calls during our stay). The hosts were very kind from the beginning and welcomed us in person at the check-in, even if our arrival was delayed to after midnight. Around the corner from the house, Osteria San Isepo serves some delicious food in a quiet ‘calle’. We are looking forward to going back, highly recommended!

The location was private near a beautiful park and away from tourist areas, a plus for Venice. The beds were comfy and the entire apartment very clean. We were also able to enjoy the private garden in the back. There were also a couple of small stores nearby that the locals used for produce and other household goods, which helps enhance the living experience. We would love to stay again.

Leo was a great host, accurate in providing us with directions and quick to respond when we needed some clarification. The house, recently renovated, is in a great location and Leo furnished it with good taste, nothing was missing and also provided us with 4 bicycles! It was a very relaxing stay. Thank you 😊

Very nice and large apartment, which was very central. Really a cozy location where you can see the canals right in front of the windows. It was a little hard to find there, but we got to talk to Carlos on the phone when we had arrived as guides us in the right place. We are very satisfied and can definitely be recommended.

A good place to stay while you visit Chioggia. Central, and easy to get to from the bus or the Vaporetto. It does not have an elevator, but it is only a flight of stairs, easy reach and the house is comfortable. The downstairs pizzeria is also worth it. They were attentive and quickly fixed an issue with the heater.

A great flat for our two families! We had enough space for 4 adults and 2 Kids. Alvise and Maria were very friendly and welcoming and discreet. The place was clean and very quiet. Well equipped kitchen even with fresh and spare kitchen towels. It is a peaceful location, close to the sea and just a Vaporetto ride away from Venice.

Our stay at Carla’s place was amazing, beautiful old house with garden, our appartment was super clean and better even than in the pictures, we had everything we needed and Carla was very helpful and very nice to us. One day we took bikes and made a trip to the other side of the Lido and spent time on the beach. Every day we went to Venice, water bus is very close, few stops and you are at San Marco square. Highly recommend and come again for sure.

We loved the place - it felt like home and the host and his family are very friendly and it felt as if we were visiting friends. The dogs, cats, hens and other animals were super friendly and the kids loved stroking the dogs. The house was spacious and spending an evening on the balcony was fantastic! The kids loved how peaceful it was and there was no cars noise. The kitchen had everything we needed (and more) and we enjoyed our stay. The location is convenient to drive to nearby towns or other places or just to relax and enjoy the nature. Overall Massimo’s place was amazing and we were sad to leave.

Yes Luigi is a great host. Took good care of us, very communicative and nice. Communication with Luigi was easy and as constant as we needed until we arrived - and we always felt he was available if we'd had further problems, but we didn't. Luigi was smiling and waving as we arrived and wasted no time showing us to our high-ceiling, I agree the host Luigi is warm-hearted and welcoming. Hi tried to assure that all the facilities promised were provided. Luigi so kindly left a typical dinner and wine And the apartment is homey and is pretty good. And This is a fantastic location, A very spacious apartment, clean, quiet, a perfect bath, good kitchen, separate master bedroom and good location for anyone wanting to go to other places along with Venice and Verona. There is a bus stop nearby to take you to the train station, which you can carry everywhere and if traveling by automobile, is a perfect location, free parking on the street and always available. the apartment is 3 minutes from the highway. realities in a stasis ferfect to Venice and the most incredible compared to other, the cheap cost of your rental. Thank Luigi a pleasant stay for me and my family.
