Vacation rentals with a patio in Sottomarina

We have spent very good time and having lunch in a quiet outside garden in the middle of Venice was incredible. Susanna is really helpful and very nice person.

Friendly host, clean and comfortable apartment in a great location. I totally recommend it.

We love the Fabrice's place. It's a beautiful apartment close to the Venice train station. It has a perfect location because it's close to good restaurants and the canal.

Accommodation and host were all great. We booked at very short notice and so the apartment was very cold on arrival but it was warm again and there were enough blankets available. So, everything was great 👍🏼

Giacomo was very helpful in flexible check-in as we arrived around the end of the check-in timeframe, we could simply pick up the keys from another location nearby. The flat is located very centrally and going around the city from there is very easy. The flat is welcoming and was clean, good amenities, and a little outside area. I recommend Giacomo and this flat.

A perfect stay in this wonderful city partly thanks to Fabio's apartment. Ideally located (5 min walk from the Rialto Bridge), in a quiet alley, secure entrance. Beautiful, comfortable and practical apartment. The beds are good and the nights are very quiet. The kitchen is well-equipped with some basic foods (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar, coffee, tea…) The bathroom is very practical and towels are provided. I would recommend this rental 100%. Plus, Fabio was easily reachable. There were 4 of us (2 adults and 2 children aged 10/13). Everyone was fully satisfied. Thanks Fabio for hosting us!

Andrea & Valentina are exceptional hosts! Andrea’s communication is excellent: he checks in, makes recommendations & is quick to answer any questions you have. The home is beautiful, well decorated, clean, with all the lovely amenities you could ask for. The private garden with the Jacuzzi was a bonus—very relaxing and peaceful. I ended up using it daily! Their home is on a nice quiet canal, tucked away from the very ‘touristy’ areas, but just a short walk to any of the popular attractions. There were tons of lovely restaurants & shops in the neighborhood, and a supermarket about a 5 minute walk away for necessities. Their place is really a gem, and if I could give it more than 5 stars I would! Highly recommend & would definitely book again on my next trip to Venice!

Leo was a great host, accurate in providing us with directions and quick to respond when we needed some clarification. The house, recently renovated, is in a great location and Leo furnished it with good taste, nothing was missing and also provided us with 4 bicycles! It was a very relaxing stay. Thank you 😊

Stay here!!! THE BEST airbandb in Venice. We cannot say enough good things about this airbandb - its PERFECT! The host, Massimo, is so helpful - he arranged the taxi for our arrival and departure, was super flexible, gave us tips and showed us his place. The place: AMAZING!! renovated in a perfect quiet area but close to everything - We will be back -- Definitely more than recommend :-)

Lovely apartment, with a roof terrace. We had a great time at Valentia's place and were grateful with the recommendations and wealth of information that was provided in advance. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the outside space a real treat. The sunshine helped. Updating the outside furniture is probably due but it didn't detract from our wonderful stay. Very nice home and just an overall great experience. Host was very helpful with recommending a water taxi service for our late night arrival which we were then able to use later in the trip. This Airbnb was very convenient as it was close to the water taxi dock. Very easy to find and convenient to local shops and restaurants. The home was better than the pictures and had everything we needed. I was very impressed with the air conditioning and the hot water/ water pressure in the showers. Would love to stay here again when we are back in Venice

Our great 7-day stay in Venice. Our accommodation with 1 caretaker perfectly located and accessible by boat Alilaguna bus when arriving from the airport ( flat rate 27 euros A/R with a stop at the San Stae station 200m from our address) We were greeted by Anna very warmly in French. She gave us some good tips and good addresses from MOCENIGO restaurants 2 steps from our accommodation. Also 1 co-op . The apartment on the 2nd floor was very nice comfortable overlooking a small bridge and canal (2 sets of keys ) no elevator . We can move from our pier San Stae easily with the ACTV vaporettos for the MURANO and BURANO islands with 2-day pass (35 th) . Transport being very expensive we continued our walking tours, a map and a good GPS are de rigueur, the alleys of Venice a real labyrinth ). Be careful on the bus pick pocket boat even the most knowledgeable. We strongly recommend this property .

This lovely apartment was a delightful place to stay and soak up the beauty of Venice. We loved the location next to the most beautiful church and just above a canal with gondolas floating along. The piazza below is full of activity and it was fun to sit on the terrace and watch life go by. The beds were extremely comfortable with crisp sheets and perfect pillows. The kitchen is well stocked, bathrooms so clean and full of anything we needed. We loved the comfortable couches and warm decor of the living room, a perfect spot to relax at the end of the day.
