Monica welcomed us very warmly! Nice cottage well decorated and very clean, pleasant garden, well equipped for children. Close (by car) to the beaches, 15 minutes to Gijon and Luanco. The immediate surroundings are noisy (expressway close to the house, neighbors' dogs bark) and quite agricultural. The nearest beach is cute and can be reached in 25 minutes on foot.

Fernando’s place was nothing short of beautiful. Perfectly located right in town, it’s surrounded by stunning architecture and charming streets that give you an authentic taste of Spain. The building itself is an older, well-preserved structure that reminds guests of the city’s rich history and timeless charm. Inside, the apartment was clean, thoughtfully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the natural light, the cozy furnishings, and the peaceful ambiance despite being in the heart of town. Fernando was a responsive and welcoming host, making check-in easy and offering great recommendations for local food and sights. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This was our second stay at this property and I can’t say enough great things about it. The hosts are responsive, flexible and extremely helpful. The property is clean, located in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything and easily walkable, and the view can’t be beat. If you are planning a trip to Luanco, this is definitely the place for you. With property close to the beach, the private parking was a life saver and you can easily walk anywhere in town from home. Worth every penny

The house is just as seen in the photos, very nice and with everything you need to enjoy it. In addition, Jorge was attentive to anything we needed from the same day we booked the stay. And what is greatly appreciated is arriving on the first day and having cold drinks in the fridge, fruit and breakfast products. What a nice touch!! Thanks Jorge.

Great place for large groups. We had 13 people at the house very well. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen and the living room are large. The outdoor areas are huge, with two doormen, a bbq area. Beatriz is very attentive and you can count on her for whatever you need

Perfect for spending a few quiet days in a very nice and well-kept village. The house is bright and spacious, it invites you to make quiet plans inside the house if the weather is not good, since the heating works perfectly. I really liked having a house with modern touches in a rural space. It also has a beautiful garden full of hydrangeas!

Ideal for spending a few days with peace and quiet and a very pleasant rural environment and with different activities in the area. The house is in perfect condition, everything is very clean and you quickly feel at home. All the amenities and cookware. A nice touch was that the day we arrived it was cold and they had turned on the heating to be perfect for our arrival

Viktor's house is very good option if you want to go in a group and be able to enjoy moments of tranquility. Equally, if you want to make tourism. you are less than 20mins from the center of gijon. Highly recommended!! Viktor had us prepared a great variation of things for breakfast also you had oil, salt and spices to cook at home. We had a great time.

A wonderful house to enjoy a magnificent city. Very close to the beach and downtown, but in a quiet area to enjoy with the family if you want to be relaxed. With a nice terrace in the garden and everything is very spacious and cozy. In the house you have everything you need and you can go for a dip in the sea without having to go through the center. From the city, the people are super nice and the food is the same. The historic center is very nice and has a good atmosphere.

Everything was great! Communication with Yara was very good at all times, she left us some instructions and a sheet of recommendations for activities and gastronomic points of interest. Attentive to solve any problems that arose. The house is beautiful and the environment is great. Max was able to enjoy and run around on the lawn. To be repeated, without a doubt!

Absolutely excellent in everything!! Dave was a Super Host, attentive at all times and flexible in everything. The house is amazing, very large and usable, it is well kept and the garden is a brutal point. It is a few minutes' drive from downtown, a residential and very quiet location. We'll be back for sure, thanks again Dave!!

Maria is a very friendly and welcoming person. A discovery basket of local specialties was waiting for us upon arrival. Maria is flexible and very available. The accommodation is VERY well equipped and very clean. Everything is there to facilitate your stay.

The house was wonderful, with all the comforts, very clean, very equipped, very comfortable. Nestor has been super attentive and very attentive to everything, he has given us flexibility at the entrance and at the exit. It has done us several favors that we needed for personal family issues. The house is very close to Gijon, the beaches and the beautiful villages of Asturias (cudillero, letres, luarca, lanes, cangas de Onis) 100% recommended.

A lovely place. The house, distributed on three levels, is great for a long stay. In the lower area, there is a garage, a fully-equipped social and games room in which you have an expansion area to play with the little ones.... A full bathroom and laundry On the ground floor, an impeccable, comfortable living room with all kinds of utilities (Google Home, Netflix...), a kitchen with everything you need (even fruit and coffee...) three bedrooms (two double and one single double) and a full bathroom. Everything was clean and organized and with pleasant decor. The icing on the cake is a charming porch with a barbecue and lawn... On the upper floor, a double bedroom and an attic with two twin beds. The icing on the cake is a heated salt pool that provides a lot of fun You add to a host who goes out of his way to make things easier for you... and you have a dream place where a 4-day bridge falls short. I'll be back, for a longer time...

The house is very nice and was very clean. It is as described, and it also has very nice views. Quiet area with room for parking. Laura was a very helpful and friendly host. She was attentive to all our needs and was always very nice, with very quick answers.

We loved staying at Maria’s place. A large old house with plenty of room for us all. The outdoor area is lovely. Maria was really helpful. She supplied us with plenty of information and answered all our questions. The area was a good position for us to drive to different towns and beauty spots in Asturias.
