We had a perfect stay in Jorge's spotless and very comfortable, well equipped, modern apartment. The layout of the apartment, with the kitchen, dining space and balcony works very well to adjust to the seasons and whatever Asturian weather may bring (so having had three days of glorious late spring evening sunshine allowed quite some use of the balcony and we already started to appreciate a cool car thanks to the underground garage). Jorge's place has plenty of natural light but still feels private. It is very close to Barro and other beaches as well as providing opportunities for nice strolls along the estuary and coast, with lovely Llanes just 10 minutes by car. The communication with Jorge was very easy and his apartment made a great base to explore this corner of Asturias.

200% recommended Cristina and Xitin are charming, always ready and attentive to recommend places for you to have a good stay. The welcome was special, with breakfast and fruit. The house is made with a lot of love, it is even more beautiful than in the photos. Very comfortable, practical and clean. The whole place conveys peace and quiet. We found total rest in these 10 days of vacation and we enjoyed every corner of the house. The views of the mountain are truly unique and the location is very good, close to beautiful beaches and endless trails bordering the coast on both sides. We'll definitely be back! Recently renovated, comfortable and clean accommodation. Central and very well communicated. Commercial environment with daytime activity, at night it is quiet. Alba was very attentive and made everything easy, both at check-in and when leaving the apartment. Quick to respond and friendly. We followed his recommendations to the letter and everything was perfect. As it is a pedestrian environment, you can park nearby both on the pier and on the upper roundabout. It does not have an elevator. Full linens. There is no dishwasher. For a family visit to Ribadesella, this apartment is highly recommended. Thank you for your kind.

We spent 4 nights in Inès's accommodation and were delighted with our stay. The apartment is located in the heart of the small village of Sobrefofoz and we were able to enjoy nature, the excellent restaurant and the warm welcome of the inhabitants. Inès is an attentive and caring host.

This apartment is located in the middle of Arenas and from the balcony you have a nice view of the mountains. If anything came up, they responded quickly. Furthermore, everything neat and clean and equipped with everything, only no kettle. But that wasn't such a problem

The apartment is very well located. It has a very cool decoration with many details throughout the house of fish and photos of the sea and the area of Ribadesella very beautiful made by Javier. A really nice sized apartment for our family of 4, with great views of the incredible town of Ribadesella. We loved our stay and would choose Cristina’s place again if we visit in the future.

Both Rosa and the apartment are lovely. The place is great for a mountain getaway, clean and well equipped! Rosa provided us with information regarding hiking routes and also the opening times of the local dairy and bar. She also let us know that we needed to pick up groceries ahead of time as there are no grocery stores in the near vicinity which was very helpful!

The house is very conveniently located, close to downtown, a 10-minute walk to the port. It's completely renovated, and it's identical to how it appears in the photos. There's a supermarket right next door, a bakery... Having a garage is a relief because it would be very difficult to park on the street. I really liked it and I was very comfortable.

We had a great stay. The apartment has everything you need, even with small children. Unfortunately, we were almost never able to park on the street as all parking spaces were always occupied. We had to park about 7 minutes (walking distance). Otherwise, everything was really perfect!

The area is spectacular, very quiet, surrounded by mountains. The views from the house are beautiful. The house itself is exactly as described, it's worth it. And Jonathan was always very attentive and gave us clear and precise instructions. A very good weekend. It would definitely repeat. 👍

Ap 9 is really private and has lovely outside space. Such a beautiful location with lots of lovely towns/walks nearby. Host is helpful and friendly.
