Enjoy your own peace in a 40-square-meter small home. In the living room, 2x120cm sofa beds and in the small room, 90cm bunk bed. Pre-made beds and blackout curtains. You can cool or heat the cottage yourself. In the wood sauna, there is a hot shower and ready firewood. 2 toilets, 2 rooms, 2 TVs. In the kitchen corner, you'll heat up your own meals. There is a kettle grill and charcoal in the yard. Easy instructions for the functions. Pet fee 10€. Easy final cleaning = your own belongings and traces gone! No wifi, not the best for allergy sufferers and people with disabilities :(

A magnificent two-room apartment on the street level of an apartment building, located on the lakefront in the center of Sotkamo. Spacious view of the lake and Vuokatinvaara. Facilities for up to four adults and a small child. The bedroom has a double bed, the living room has a corner sofa bed and the possibility of a travel cot for children. Modern kitchen and dining table for four. A bedroom with a countertop and storage space. HDTV, fiber optic connection, WiFi. Glassed balcony, private sauna and swimming beach on the pier. Ski trails in winter. Carport.

Lilli II diamond sauna duplex duplex

Just renovated stylish two-room apartment in a quiet area just a couple of kilometers from Sotkamo and about eight kilometers from Vuokatti services. Very close to the beach and a small park with swimming docks. In winter, access to the trails of Sotkamo, Pirttijärvi and Hiukanharju. The local bus of the Sotkamo-Vuokatti area operates in the area. The apartment has, among other things, excellent music listening facilities and a smart TV. The equipment allows for a longer stay. The neighbors are a child- and pet-friendly host couple.

Lapland is full, come to Kainuu! On a sunny, wooded lot in Kajaani, an atmospheric cottage for 6 people with a lovely wood-burning lakeside sauna. The sun shines on the shore of the cottage well into the evening. The lakeside sauna is located right on the water and the cottage itself is a little higher on the property. Inside, the cabin's running water, an indoor toilet, and a shower to bring a little luxury to the stay. The cottage is equipped with a covered large deck with views through the woods to the back of the lake.

Higher up in the yard is the old Jokela school (rv. 1928), which we renovated. If you enjoy authentic summer cottages with minimal additional comforts, then this may be your summer destination. Cozy, tidy apartment with its own entrance. Fully equipped kitchen. You can heat the sauna daily, cool off on the sheltered terrace, grill (gas) and a fireplace is available. Beds made in the bedrooms (160 cm, 120 cm). Living room sofa bed (140 cm). Travel beds for small children. Pets are welcome (please remember to inform us when booking). Linens, towels and final cleaning are included. The apartment is about three kilometers from the center of Kajaani in the direction of the airport.
