NOTE: Wood heating and pets can cause symptoms for sensitive individuals. Stairs and an uneven yard can make it difficult to exercise!

Very close to the beach and a small park with swimming docks. In winter, access to the trails of Sotkamo, Pirttijärvi and Hiukanharju. The local bus of the Sotkamo-Vuokatti area operates in the area. The nearest charging point is located in the yard of the nearby S-Market. THE TENANT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FINAL CLEANING OF THE APARTMENT. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BED LINEN AND TOWELS.

The sun shines on the cottage beach late into the evening. The beach sauna is located right on the water and the cottage itself is a little higher up on the plot. Inside the cottage, running water, indoor toilet and shower bring a little luxury to your stay. The cottage is equipped with a covered large terrace with views through the forest to the back of the lake.

You can keep your bike safe at night and take trips in the beautiful scenery during the day.
