Well-located two-bedroom apartment with sauna. Lighted ski trails and outdoor trails are nearby. The distance to Katinkulta is about 1 km. You can machine wash sportswear and tumble dry it in the dryer. After your workout, you can relax in the renovated sauna. A canopy can be found for your car with a heating plug. It is not possible to charge an electric or hybrid vehicle here. The nearest charging point is located in the yard of the nearby S-Market. THE TENANT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FINAL CLEANING OF THE APARTMENT. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BED LINEN AND TOWELS.

A hidden gem by the pond, built by Vuorineuvos S.A. Tervo for himself at the tip of a headland, offers a peaceful haven steeped in history. This atmospheric, electrified cabin offers peace and quiet in the midst of nature, yet is only about 15 km (9 miles) from the services of the town of Nurmes (Bomba and Hyvärilä are about a 10-minute drive away). The shallow, fish-rich pond offers excellent recreational opportunities, and the surrounding area provides good mushroom and berry picking grounds. An idyllic place for a family cabin getaway too!

Very close to the beach and a small park with swimming docks. In winter, access to the trails of Sotkamo, Pirttijärvi and Hiukanharju. The local bus of the Sotkamo-Vuokatti area operates in the area. The apartment has, among other things, excellent music listening facilities and a smart TV. The equipment allows for a longer stay. Child and animal friendly host couple next door.

The 80-year-old log cabin has been given a new life after a complete renovation. The cottage is in a quiet area, close to the center of Sotkamo. Nice old garden plot. Air heat pump for cooling and heating. The courtyard building has a traditional Finnish sauna heated by wood. The bedroom has 2 separate beds and the living room has a double sofa bed. The price includes linens and towels.
