Now we have the dream object of a lonely fisherman. It is not spoiled by modern conveniences, except that you get electricity for the refrigerator. And the phone charged when needed. Well, maybe in the dark of autumn, we can bring an electric light here... There is an outdoor toilet and drinking water can be fetched from the neighbor. Heat is provided by a wood-burning stove and water for the sauna can be fetched from the lake with a bucket. It is also possible to change that ball grill to a gas one. Addition. A coffee maker and microwave can be arranged.😉

Villa Kataja holiday home in Paljakka

Our cottage, completed in 2014, is located in Paljakka, close to ski trails and mountain biking trails. The cottage's facilities are located on two floors. The glass-railed terrace, which is the width of the entire cottage, gives you the opportunity to sense the peace of nature in both winter and summer. In the yard, there is a wood storage, a fire pit and a sauna. The hot tub is in use from April to October, for a separate fee. Pets are not allowed. Distances: Ukkohalla Resort 26 km. Store: Puolanka center 30 km and Ristijärvi 26 km.

Welcome to a unique apartment in the center of Kajaani, decorated in the spirit of the past. The location is perfect for both the travel center and the services of the city center. The apartment has, among other things, a gorgeous functional fireplace and a brand new, just renovated classic bathroom. High-quality linen is included in the accommodation. Lapland is full, come to Kainuu! On a sunny, forested plot in Kajaani, an atmospheric 6-person cottage with a wonderful wood-heated beach sauna. The sun shines on the cottage beach late into the evening. The beach sauna is located right on the water and the cottage itself is a little higher up on the plot. Inside the cottage, running water, indoor toilet and shower bring a little luxury to your stay. The cottage is equipped with a covered large terrace with views through the forest to the back of the lake.

Cozy, clean apartment with its own entrance. Fully equipped kitchen. You can heat the sauna daily, cool off on the sheltered terrace, grill (gas) and a fireplace is available. Beds made in the bedrooms (160 cm, 120 cm). Living room sofa bed (140 cm). Travel beds for small children. Pets are welcome (please remember to inform us when booking). Linens, towels and final cleaning are included. The apartment is about three kilometers from the center of Kajaani towards the airport.

Taikaloora cottage is an idyllic and cozy cottage on the shore of Lake Oulujärvi in Finland. It lies a short walk away from the ameneties of Vaala's town center. The cottage includes a small kitchen, bathroom, living room and an open bedroom. Just beside the cottage is an idyllic lakeside sauna with amazing view to the Lake Oulujärvi. NOTE: Cleaning fee of 90,- will be charged if the guests don't clean the cottage to the same condition it was while arriving.
