Ukkohalla is one of four villas in a new holiday village on the shores of Lake Syväjärvi, close to the ski slopes. The lake, northern lights and slopes open directly from the large windows. In a separate beach sauna, you can enjoy the steam of a wood stove, with a view of the lake landscape from the large view windows, both from the sauna and the magnificent fireplace room. Enjoy peace and quiet in a 40-square-foot tiny home. Ready-made beds and blackout rooms. The heat of the cabin can be adjusted with electricity and/or fireplaces. In the yard sauna, a hot shower and ready firewood for heating the stove. You can heat your own meals in the kitchen corner. Great instructions for all activities. Pet fee €20. Easy check-out cleaning = only your own footprints are removed. NOTE: Pet household, wood heating and old cottage can cause symptoms for sensitive people. Stairs and a snowy and icy yard can make exercise difficult :(

There is no shower, but well water comes inside the sauna. Drinking water is brought in. The toilet is an outdoor toilet and there is a chamber pot inside if necessary

Villa Kataja holiday home in Paljakka

Our cottage, completed in 2014, is located in Paljakka, close to ski trails and mountain biking trails. The cottage's facilities are located on two floors. The glass-railed terrace, which is the width of the entire cottage, gives you the opportunity to sense the peace of nature in both winter and summer. In the yard, there is a wood storage, a fire pit and a sauna. The hot tub is in use from April to October, for a separate fee. Pets are not allowed. Distances: Ukkohalla Resort 26 km. Store: Puolanka center 30 km and Ristijärvi 26 km.

Quiet and cozy apartment in Vuokatti

Well-located two-room apartment with sauna. Illuminated ski trails and hiking trails are nearby. Sportswear can be washed in the washing machine and dried in the drying cabinet. After the exercise, you can relax in the sauna. You will find a canopy with a heating plug for your car. Electric and hybrid car charging is not possible here. The nearest charging point can be found in the yard of the nearby S-market The final cleaning of the apartment is the responsibility of the tenant. Please bring your own linens and towels.

Lapland is full, come to Kainuu! On a sunny, forested plot in Kajaani, an atmospheric 6-person cottage with a wonderful wood-heated beach sauna. The sun shines on the cottage beach late into the evening. The beach sauna is located right on the water and the cottage itself is a little higher up on the plot. Inside the cottage, running water, indoor toilet and shower bring a little luxury to your stay. The cottage is equipped with a covered large terrace with views through the forest to the back of the lake.

The Finnish nature is one of our most excellent resources, providing an abundance of beauty and fresh, clean air. This is a log cabin with a lakeside view located 21 km from Kuhmo town and 130 km from Kajaani Airport. It features a sauna cabin, two bedrooms, and a living room with a kitchen. There is also a BBQ area in the front yard. Local wildlife centers offer wildlife tours, which can be booked through the Wildtaiga site. Prices for bear hide tours can be found on the BearCentre website.

Linens, towels and final cleaning are included. The apartment is about three kilometers from the center of Kajaani towards the airport.
