Villaroosa is a unique destination in the highest location in Vuokatti. From this apartment, you can see the magnificent views of Lake Nuasjärvi and beyond all the way to Kajaani with the naked eye. From the back door of this property, which is close to the UKK route and the ski slopes, you can immediately access the forest to pick blueberries, lingonberries, hike or pick mushrooms. The property is unique. The fireplace provides atmosphere and the air heat pump cools the indoor air. The car can be charged at the ABB-Terra charging station and the skis can be waxed in the waxing room.

The yard of the cottage has its own peace, but the neighbors are quite close.

The shallow, fish-rich pond offers excellent recreational opportunities, and the surrounding area provides good mushroom and berry picking grounds. An idyllic place for a family cabin getaway too!
