Enjoy traditional cottage life on the shores of Lake Oulu. The atmospheric cottage offers genuine Finnish vibes with a wooden sauna, from which you can refresh yourself in the lake. You have a rowboat, 2 SUP boards and bicycles. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen, running water (from the municipal network) and electric heating. In the yard, there is a barbecue, a smokehouse, and a compost toilet. You can drive directly into the yard. The location is also great for traveling north – only 3 km from the 5 road and 20 km from Kajaani. Local services: Neste Kontiomäki, 8 km.

The apartment can comfortably accommodate 3-4 people. The bedroom has a 160cm bed and the living room has a 140cm sofa with a top mattress. The apartment includes a free carport with a heating pole, there are additional spots along the street. Apartment on 3rd floor (no elevator). The apartment is sometimes for my own use. Enjoy peace and quiet in a 40-square-foot tiny home. Ready-made beds and blackout rooms. The heating in the cottage can be adjusted with electricity or fireplaces. In the yard sauna, a hot shower and ready firewood for heating the stove. You can heat your own meals in the kitchen corner. Great instructions for all activities. Pet fee €10. Easy departure cleaning =just your own marks off. NOTE: Pet household, wood heating and old cottage can cause symptoms for sensitive people. Stairs and uneven yard can make it difficult to exercise :(

Just renovated stylish two-room apartment in a quiet area just a couple of kilometers from Sotkamo and about eight kilometers from Vuokatti services. Very close to the beach and a small park with swimming docks. In winter, access to the trails of Sotkamo, Pirttijärvi and Hiukanharju. The local bus of the Sotkamo-Vuokatti area operates in the area. The apartment has, among other things, excellent music listening facilities and a smart TV. The equipment allows for a longer stay. The neighbors are a child- and pet-friendly host couple.

Lapland is full, come to Kainuu! On a sunny, wooded lot in Kajaani, an atmospheric cottage for 6 people with a lovely wood-burning lakeside sauna. The sun shines on the shore of the cottage well into the evening. The lakeside sauna is located right on the water and the cottage itself is a little higher on the property. Inside, the cabin's running water, an indoor toilet, and a shower to bring a little luxury to the stay. The cottage is equipped with a covered large deck with views through the woods to the back of the lake.

Villa Kataja holiday cottage in Paljaka

Completed in 2014, our cottage is located in Paljakka, close to ski trails and mountain biking trails. The cottage's facilities are located on two floors. A deck with a glass railing throughout the cabin's width allows you to sense the peace of nature, both in winter and in summer. The yard has a wood storage, a fire pit, and a lot. A lot to use from April to October, for a separate fee. Pets are prohibited. Distances: Tourist center in Ukkoha 26 km. Shop: Poland city center 30 km and Ristijärvi 26 km.

Quiet bedrooms with blackout curtains. Excellent storage space. Easy access even without a car. Ski maintenance space. Pet-free and non-smoking.

The property was completed in 2022 in the village of Sotkamo. Shops and restaurants, a library, a beach and hiking trails are within walking distance. Vuokatti is 7 km away, and it can also be reached by bus. In front of the house, there is a dock where you can swim or paddleboard. You can also go fishing. You can keep your bike safe at night and during the day you can take trips in the beautiful scenery.
