Not a resort. Not a hotel. Exactly what Finland actually looks like. A small off-grid cabin on Lake Oulujärvi running on solar power and firewood. No running water or indoor plumbing. That’s intentional. You light the sauna, pump water from the lake, and cook on gas or an open fire at the laavu. Note: this stay requires basic outdoor skills. You must be comfortable making fires, bringing your own sheets and drinking water, and doing the final cleaning before checkout.

A small cottage (approx. 30 m2) with a sauna, located on the shore of Lake Nuasjärvi in the yard of a detached house, which is ideal for short-term accommodation alone, as a couple or even with a small group, for example, for a business trip, a stopover or a short vacation.
