Five Stars Plus For: Communication with Luis!!!!! Front Desk Welcome & Assistance Friendly Staff All Around Clean Grounds Quiet & Peaceful 0800 Hot Coffee/Tea/Ice Water Front Desk Housekeeping- thank you for the extra pillow!!! Attention To Detail ie. knew our names with always a welcoming hello And finally…. when my husband needed to be rushed to hospital at 0100, the security staff on duty was right there to call a taxi for us and he came to our aid. When we needed to make accommodation adjustments, Luis could not have been any more professional, understanding, and communicating asap. This was so very much appreciated at our time of need. Thank you so very much to all staff and….we shall see you in ten monrhs✌️

This is a fantastic spot right by the beach (steps to beach). It’s very secure and was perfect for us. We love to explore around and it was nice to know we would would be in a peaceful and secure little bungalow. The AC works very well, along with hot water for shower. I would highly recommend this cute little spot and hope to visit again. Thank you for hosting us!

This site is enchanting, clean and green. The apartments are very clean and a pleasant size to live in comfortably and safely. The beds and sofa are super comfortable (quality mattresses). The hosts are very welcoming and very friendly . Always there for us, to offer us the maximum during our stay. Places to visit, picturesque places frequented or little frequented by tourists, giving us the impression of living the Dominican culture. Food markets and various services and Alicia and Sosua beaches are 15 minutes from the site. I travel around the world and this is the first time I've met such dedicated and pleasant hosts… we'll be back next year!!!

Richie was friendly, very helpful, always able to contact him if we needed anything and he did it right away. Richie went above and beyond to take care of anything we needed, great guy to deal with. The staff that looked after things including Francis ( grounds and pool) Nayelyn ( cleaning) and Freddy Maintenance man ) were all so friendly, polite and a pleasure to talk to. The grounds and pool were both expansive and well maintained, excellent for our dog. Great place to stay.

Was awesome staying there and close to the beach too

Communicative host. The issues that did arise were dealt with immediately. Friendly staff and great restaurant. The accommodation was simple and clean. Could use a few more kitchen amenities but we were able to complete all our cooking with no issues. Internet was good, TV worked well with streaming availability. Safe surrounding and the beach was pristine and lovely. Close to stores and was walkable from the big super market. We will most definitely be back to stay at this accommodation. Well worth the money!

Luis was an amazing host. He never failed to assist with anything I needed, I even got my room upgraded free of charge to better suit my needs after arriving!! Cant say enough good things. Staff was very helpful as well. 10/10 recommend I will be returning.
