Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Sosua Beach

To say this home is beautiful is a huge understatement and the view is even better than the house!!! Martina and Apolinar are very responsive and their local contacts and recommendations are SO helpful! We especially loved Chef Daniel and Carmen who will come to the house and prepare meals! Modesto was amazing for transportation, as well. We had an amazing vacation and could not ask for more from this property or these host.

This place was way more than what I wished It would be . It’s so raw , totally surrounded by nature , perfect for me because I needed a real get away from everything, the urban noises, somewhere I could feel like in my village back home in Africa. If you’re a sounds of nature lover , you’re gonna enjoy listening to trees rubbing on each other when it gets windy , and the birds singing. Your stay will feel a lot like a camping retreat . If you mind the insects, not having a tv , being far from stores and restaurants; you’re probably gonna run away .

This place is incredible! Just 5 minutes from the beautiful Cabarete Beach, which is lined with great restaurants and offers plenty of water activities. At the same time, the location is peaceful, clean, and very safe. Elena and Andrey are wonderful hosts—friendly and always ready to help. I highly recommend this place to anyone planning to visit the Dominican Republic!

My family loved this house and had an excellent time staying here. The house itself was immaculate and tastefully decorated with attention to detail. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay, from the spacious and cozy living areas to the well appointed bedrooms. The outdoor spaces, garden, stunning views, and the pool provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation and fun. The home’s location allowed us to easily explore the beautiful beaches and natural wonders in the area. Sue and Steve, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. I can’t recommend this vacation home enough.

Richard and Cathy were extremely responsive! Always available to answer a question and help us with anything including rental car, taxi, etc. They delivered 5 gallon jugs of water whenever we needed them. Super friendly people. We will be returning next winter!

Aidin is a great property manager. This is the 2nd time that I am at one of his properties. Aidin is friendly, accessible and follows up. I would definitely use this or another of his properties.

Very nice Airbnb in new side of Cada Linda. No major complaints, nicer than the older Casa Linda properties I've stayed.

Francisco was the absolute best host. He was incredibly accommodating with any questions or requests we had but just went above and beyond with recommendations and coordinating things in Sosua. We had the best time. The space was perfect for our family of 3, it was spacious and comfortable. The pool and private jacuzzi were a huge plus. Highly recommend!

Bamboo's condo is nicely decorated, bright and airy with large sliding glass windows that lead out to the side balcony and main balcony. The condo has an amazing view of the well kept gardens and ocean. The beautiful beach is just steps away with restaurants down to the right. The area is great for walking with Janet's grocery store as well as restaurants close by. Bamboo as well as the condo staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay greatly. Maria the co host was excellent and very accommodating. The place was just as described and well equipped. The location is very walkable with great restaurants and shops available. Maria was an absolute great host with excellent client service. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

This is the second time that we have stayed in this location. Nayelyn's associate Richie who handled the interaction with us was great again as always. Extremally helpful and very quick with responses. The apartment is located on a large beautiful end lot overlooking undeveloped land on one side which offers very enjoyable undisturbed privacy. The apartment is well equipped and very comfortable. The property is located in Perla Marina, a gated community which is a great walkable area and direct access to a beautiful quiet beach. There are also several very good restaurants within this community offering a wide range of food choices. The community is approximately halfway between Sousa and Cabarete. We love the beach in Cabarete and the large amount of different dining options both on and off the beach there.

This was our first time in the DR and so we were in for a surprise. We had a great stay at Toms air bnb. It was well located and yet private and homely. Tom was an excellent host, one had to message him for something and before you could even wait, it was done. His man Friday, Roman, was a real gem of an all rounder. Almost at one's beck and call and so cheerful. Most effiecient and deligent worker. Tom gave us some excellent leads for things to do and next trip too we plan on staying here and consulting him before we head out. Would highly recoment staying here. Clean, safe and homely. Maybe a little pricey. However well located and gives you space to chill and enjoy the place. A real holiday and treat. Thank you Tom, and your supper efficient team.

Had at great stay in Francois apartment. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Seawinds is a very well maintained community. I have stayed at Seawinds many times and Francois apartment is the best I have stayed in.

Literally the perfect stay for a solo traveler... And Rob is a solid guy and made sure everything went smooth... The staff and everyone there made me feel welcome and I felt safe the whole time, even late nights.. Would definitely recommend...

Our recent holiday at Ocean One was wonderful in a very pleasant atmosphere. Our host was available for any issues we had and responded quickly!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Vincent's condo. It was clean, well organized, and just steps to the beautiful pool. It is about a 15-minute walk to Encurento Beach for us, but keep in mind we are seniors. Im sure avid walkers could shorten this to 10 minutes. We highly recommend staying here. We plan to return next year. The Co-Host Guillaume checked in with us to make sure our needs were met and went above and beyond our expectations to make us comfortable. A five-star rating from us.

Eric’s place is absolutely gorgeous and spotless. Plenty of hot water, air conditioners all work and kitchen is very well stocked though we didn’t use it with so many fabulous restaurants close by. Thank you Eric for the easy instructions and letting us stay. We had a great time and will definitely return.

A very clean and lovely Airbnb equipped with everything you need. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious. Paolo was also a great host. He was very attentive and made my stay even more enjoyable. I had an amazing vacation.

Our stay was incredible! This beautiful apartment is extremely spacious! The walk in closets and huge bathrooms were big pluses! It opens right up to the grass and pool area where there is a huge playground that my kids loved and a beautiful relaxing pool, 2 jacuzzis and shallow kids pool. The pool bar is great and you can order from the delicious restaurant next door. The apartment is beautifully decorated, has way more than even my own kitchen has, and has central air conditioning! The temperature was always pleasant and was easy to control ourselves! The dishwasher and drinking water right at the sink were great! We had the time of our lives and LOVED this place. It was perfect for our family and a beautiful vacation especially for families with kids. 1000% recommend!

Richard is a first class and superior host. He is responsive and effective and yet not intrusive. I cannot speak more highly of him. His cleaning staff Elena is excellent as well. We have booked for next year and look forward to our lovely winter home in 2026.
