Condo vacation rentals in Sosua Beach

This space is perfect! Very spacious, sparkling clean, and with all the amenities you could want or need. The outdoor space is also fantastic and well-maintained. Communication was excellent and all of our questions were answered quickly. The location could not be better, with easy access to the beach and all of the restaurants Cabarete has to offer. You should definitely stay here, you won’t be disappointed!

First thing, it was great having a water cooler in the condo, never had that before. Also Indiana was very pleasant, she showed me the condo when I checked in. If I am in Sousa again (I travel many places), I will check to see if John place is available. High recommend, two thumbs up.

Our daughters loved Jenni’s place. Beautifully decorated yet casual and comfortable. The views from the balconies were outstanding! Everything was in good working order. And Jenni always responded quickly to any questions we had. The Seawinds property is incredibly beautiful with an outstanding staff that keeps it pristine including the large pool overlooking the ocean. Definitely a 5-Star experience!

Wow .. might be my favorite, so far in the Dominican Republic. Nice friendly community. Restaurant on site. Store close by and don't forget Quebec Smoked Meats across the street. Patio was unbelievable, listening to the ocean waves crash everyday, morning to night. And finally, the beach, unreal sunrises, quiet stressless walks, no vendors, an surreal environment. Will definitely book this place again. Thanks Teresia.

This apartment had everything I needed for a 2 month stay. It’s excellently located in the centre of Cabarete. A fantastic well maintained swimming pool also.

This is our second time staying at Marta’s place, we loved it so much. It’s comfortable for a big family and also for couples. The pool was great and the views were breathtaking…the beach being at a walkable distance made it even better. I’m sure we will return.

This place was great for a family with kids. You can see the playground from your balcony. Had four pools, including two smaller one for kids. The beach is very wavy, so the kids couldn’t go in the water, but it’s beautiful to look at. There’s an Italian restaurant on the property that we didn’t love, but you could walk 5 min to the nearest coffee shop for brunch, or 10 min to two other great brunch spots. At night, you could either walk 25 min to a ton of restaurants or drive 5 min. All on the beach. The apartment had three large and beautiful bedrooms. It was fully air conditioned and comfortable for our family of four adults and two children. Overall recommend this place.

It was a wonderful stay, if I come back by myself ill definitely use this location again, as well as they where great people there!

Hilary’s place has the most incredible view, on the hill overlooking Playa Sosua. It is close enough to get to the beach, grocery store and restaurants quickly but tucked into the trees and vegetation of the hillside, away from the noise and busyness of the city. Everything was very clean and comfortable, comfortable beds, hot water, cold AC in both bedrooms, kitchen stocked with appliances and everything needed to prepare our own meals (grocery store 5 minutes away). The bonuses were the clean pool in the back yard, the stunning view and the tremendous response and attention of our host, Hilary, the caretaker of the house, Jose, and the night guard. We will definitely be returning!

We absolutely loved this condo! It was even nicer and more spacious than we were anticipating, and felt so homey. Lindsay also made us feel extremely comfortable staying here, always answering in a very quick, helpful, and friendly manor whenever I had to message her about something! The location was so perfect, very close to all necessities, beautiful locations, and amazing food - which Lindsay also shared great recommendations with me for! We loved this airbnb and its location and are honestly envious we don't own a home there ourselves! I would love to return someday that I get the chance to. Thank you so much for the incredible hospitality enabling our amazing experience in Cabarete!

I had a excellent stay & it was worth the money . Look great & stylish with great security guard

This is a very good choice for solo travelers and I think it would be a good spot for a guys trip also. Staff was expecting me when I arrived and I was in the apartment in seconds. Security guards and staff are very attentive to security. Apartment was clean and had good air conditioning in the bedroom. There is a bar downstairs, and in the courtyard they have good sized covered area with TVs and comfortable seating. There is a restaurant called Casa Coco next door with good food and prices, and it’s maybe 10 steps away when you come downstairs.

Eric’s place is absolutely gorgeous and spotless. Plenty of hot water, air conditioners all work and kitchen is very well stocked though we didn’t use it with so many fabulous restaurants close by. Thank you Eric for the easy instructions and letting us stay. We had a great time and will definitely return.

A stay without waste. We will definitely be back. Since we arrived we felt very comfortable. A place where you can breathe peace and tranquility, very clean, safe and easily accessible. The photos fall short of describing how beautiful and comfortable this place is. Very well-equipped in all its areas. A pleasant and family atmosphere. Paula was an excellent host, always attentive to our needs with her quick response and recommendations. We were very pleased with the attention of the condominium staff. We give it a 10/10 overall. DELIGHTED!
