The cottage is located about 5 km from Litoměřice and offers the possibility of trips around the Czech Central Highlands.

The garden has a beautiful view of the hills of Ronov and Vlhošt '. The listed house is located on the village green, but it has an enclosed courtyard, so it offers proper privacy and absolute peace and quiet. There is a stream on the village square and there is a playground. Janovice is a historic village that is still on an oval medieval floor plan and the entire village is a village conservation area.
