There is a large main room with high ceilings and a kitchen-dining room-living room by the fireplace with TV. On the ground floor, a bedroom with a double bed, a baby bed, then a second bedroom with a double bed. In the mezzanine, a bedroom with a double bed and a sitting area with a sofa bed. The house will provide a tranquil, calm and comfortable stay with all the amenities. It is close by the village shops and entertainments, hiking trails and mountain bike.

Ca la Conxita is a fantastic village house in Les Escaules, a village of about 100 inhabitants, a few kilometers from Figueres. The house has 3 bedrooms: two double and 1 single. A full kitchen with a terrace exit with a barbecue. A large living room (with fireplace) and dining room overlooking the Castle. On the ground floor: the private mini pool to cool you down. The tranquility and silence of the village will allow you to enjoy nature to the fullest around the La Muga River.

Upstairs 2 bedrooms with 160 cm and 140 cm beds, a bathroom with large shower and sink. Separate toilet. The living room and one bedroom are air-conditioned. Animals are strictly prohibited in this rental. Very quiet area, shops are a 10-minute walk, and there are parking spaces 50 m from the house.

The Casot: between sea and mountain

Built on the edge of a hundred-year-old olive grove, this small independent maisonette, called a casot, is a building of traditional construction. The interior incorporates the old elements of Catalan architecture while combining a deliberately modern decor. The site, although on the edge of the subdivision, is quiet. The rental is located in the foothills of the Albera and can be the start of many hikes, for all levels, while being close to the beaches.

Central old town location with sea views & patio garden

My accommodation is in the middle of the picturesque old town of the fishing village of Collioure, with sea views and a private patio garden. There is plenty of outdoor space and the beaches are within a 2 minute walk. It is well suited for couples or families (maximum 5 people). Pets are welcome. This house can also be rented in combination with our adjacent larger house to accommodate up to 13 guests. If you are interested, please just ask.
