The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Sorède, bordered by a river, close to the center of the village, 15 minutes from the sea by car. There is a large main room with high ceilings and a kitchen-dining room-living room by the fireplace with TV. On the ground floor, a bedroom with a double bed, a baby bed, then a second bedroom with a double bed. In the mezzanine, a bedroom with a double bed and a sitting area with a sofa bed. Bedding included. On the ground floor, a bathroom and a toilet.

It is 10 mn away from Argeles sur mer, 15 mn from Collioure, 20 mn from Spain and Perpignan. It is 1h30 away from Barcelonais and ski resorts. The house will provide a tranquil, calm and comfortable stay with all the amenities. It is close by the village shops and entertainments, hiking trails and mountain bike.

Completely self-contained, you have a large, fully equipped terrace. Free parking in front of the house; it is also possible to park a motorcycle/bicycle in a secure area. Beach and village center less than 5'drive away, free shuttle at the end of the cul-de-sac. In July and August, rental is only by the week, from Saturday to Saturday.

Animals are strictly prohibited in this rental. Very quiet area, shops are a 10-minute walk, and there are parking spaces 50 m from the house.
