The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Sorède, bordered by a river, close to the center of the village, 15 minutes from the sea by car. There is a large main room with high ceilings and a kitchen-dining room-living room by the fireplace with TV. On the ground floor, a bedroom with a double bed, a baby bed, then a second bedroom with a double bed. In the mezzanine, a bedroom with a double bed and a sitting area with a sofa bed. Bedding included. On the ground floor, a bathroom and a toilet.

With direct access to hiking paths (GR10), just 12-15 mins from the sandy beaches of Argelès or 30 mins from the Spanish border, it’s a perfectly placed retreat and base for exploring the region.

It is 10 mn away from Argeles sur mer, 15 mn from Collioure, 20 mn from Spain and Perpignan. It is 1h30 away from Barcelonais and ski resorts. The house will provide a tranquil, calm and comfortable stay with all the amenities. It is close by the village shops and entertainments, hiking trails and mountain bike.

Large 35 m2 studio, brand new, with all amenities. Nightly, weekly, monthly rental possible. The studio accommodates 3 adults max or 2 adults + 2 children, 1 bed 140 + 1 sofa bed 120 in bed. The whole is fully equipped: furniture, kitchen, dishes, microwave, oven, fridge, 4-burner stove, KRUPS DOLCE GUSTO coffee machine, kettle, bed linen, towels. A quiet ground floor, with table, chairs, allows you to eat outside. Private parking located near the accommodation.

Typical village house in the heart of Sorède, consisting of a living room opening onto a small south-facing terrace. Equipped kitchen and space with a 3-seat sofa. Upstairs 2 bedrooms with 160 cm and 140 cm beds, a bathroom with large shower and sink. Separate toilet. The living room and one bedroom are air-conditioned. Animals are strictly prohibited in this rental. Very quiet area, shops are a 10-minute walk, and there are parking spaces 50 m from the house.

The barn, located between Le Boulou and Argelès, at the foot of the Albera, has kept its stones and its old charm. It is located near the sandy beach and the rocky coast towards Collioure, near Spain, ideal for discovering the region. This accommodation, in a barn adjoining ours, is not intended to host parties and gatherings. It is designed in a family home spirit, perfect for vacations for families or groups of friends, 4 people maximum.
