Her kan man slappe av i usjenerte omgivelser, fiske fra båt(leie) eller fra land i en meget fiskerik fjord, samt bade i fjordarmen like ved. Oppmerkede turstier i området samt skiløyper i nærheten om vinteren. Også guidede turistattraksjoner i nærområdet. Dere kan gjerne ta en dagstur til Trondheim om dere vil se Nidarosdomen eller andre atraksjoner.
