Welcome to our beautiful and well-equipped house on the coast of Central Norway. This idyllic property is perfect for up to eight guests who want to relax in quiet and rural surroundings. Lesund is located in Aure municipality which is well known for its nice archipelago and nice mountains with many marked hiking trails Nearby there is a coastal fort from the Second World War that has nice hiking trails, barbecue areas and a small zipline for children and young people. Lesund is located approximately halfway between Kristiansund and Trondheim with 2h each way.

In the guest house it is nice to just be, or you can go in the woods, on the mountain, along the highway or explore the sea life (boat/canoe/kayak) and try your luck at fishing. Sit back and relax in this quiet, elegant place. The cabin appears as new in a quiet cabin area. Short distance to Åfjord city center (10 min) starting point via Ferrata, swimming pool and short walk down to the lake. Perfect for excursions to Stokkøya and Linesøya. Beautiful drive of about 45 min to Stokkøya. Nice bathtub in bathroom with over 4 meters ceiling height with lake view from both bathtub and shower. In winter there are nice skiing opportunities in Austdalen (10 min drive) and Momyr (30 min drive). 5G internet.

Fantastic place with unique location and beautiful views, right on the waterfront. You have the whole place to yourself, 2 nice cottages with terrace and large lawns around. Close to the bus and city center, without losing the cabin feeling. Quiet and private, with water and mountains that you can enjoy both day and night. Both cabins have a living room, bathroom with toilet, kitchen and bedroom. Shower in one bathroom. Outside there are several dining groups, sun beds, daybed, trampoline, fire pan and private boat.

Cozy "Stabbur", 30 min. from Trondheim

Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)

Unique sea front cabin. Very modern and fully equipped. Amazing view over the fjord. The cabin is located 10-15 min outside the city center, with bus departure every hour. Bus stop 1 min away. The cabin is 28 m2 big and is available for up to 2 people. Upstairs mezzanine with a ladder-accessed bed and a comfy sleeping couch below. Free parking by the road and only 1 minute walk down a small hill to the house. The jacuzzi cost extra to use, depends on how many days. No smoking and no parties.

The house is 200 years old, newly renovated and modernized. All fascilities included. The house has access to the beach within short distance. The closest grocery store is 3 minutes drive.

My place is a farm with plant production and is located by itself. If you want a quiet place, this is a good choice.
